Vehicles doing motion burnouts are not allowed to be under power while crossing the starting line. Vehicles must be at a minimal speed while backing up. No standing behind burnout area. CLOSING TIME Gates will be LOCKED one hour after the completion of final round. There will be no exceptions and violators will be subject to loss of track privileges. Race Master holds all rights and rulings for enforcement of penalties. DIAL-IN Do not stage your vehicle until you check the dial-in boxes and scoreboard for correct dial-in and Cross Talk. By staging, you indicate your dial-in is correct and backing out after both vehicles are staged is not allowed. In any category where dial-ins are displayed on the scoreboard or dial-in board, during eliminations, the racer accepts the dial-in displayed once he/she has pre-staged; no reruns will be granted due to incorrect dial-ins after staging. Dial-in boxes are located between the burnout box and starting line. Cross Talk OFF (N) is indicated by a minus sign - on the scoreboard in front of the dial. Dial-in must be located on passenger side window, right side of rear window, and right side of windshield. On motorcycles, dial-in must be displayed on a number plate (available at Tech Building). Dial-in can be changed each round. ELIMINATIONS Go to your assigned lanes when called by the announcer. Only winners return when called. Ladder sheets are posted at the Tech Building for qualified/laddered classes. All eliminations are run on a "round-robin" basis after third round, which means winning racers must return immediately to the tech lanes to be laddered or proceed directly to staging for the next round of competition. The next round of eliminations will begin 15 MINUTES after the last pair of the previous round crossed the finish line. If you are not prepared, you will forfeit the race. END OF TRACK If you are experiencing stopping problems, GO STRAIGHT INTO THE SAND TRAP. EXPRESS TECH Offered to registered racers only. Must present vehicle for technical inspection at initial event and receive express sticker. Tech will indicate proper express lane during events. FINISH LINE Drive past the finish line, LEAVE YOUR VEHICLE IN GEAR and brake to a stop. Turn left at the end of the track. Get off the track quickly. Be alert when exiting the racing surface in the event your competitor experiences a problem and needs to proceed straight into the sand trap. Do not cut off your opponent when exiting the track. Stay in your lane until you turn off track. When exiting the track the left lane driver has the right of way. Do not unbuckle seat belt/remove safety gear until you reach the Time Slip Booth. PRE-STAGE Move forward until the upper half of the blue circle has been lit (pre-stage). During eliminations check dial-in box and scoreboard before staging. PIT AREA All pit spots are required to be within 20-foot space. NO SAVING OF SPOTS. All race equipment and vehicles must be within assigned pit area. RACE TIME If your vehicle has problems during your run, pull to the outside of your lane and stop. If you "red light," DO NOT slow down and hold up racing action, violation can result in loss of racing privileges. Use of live-data gathering displayed to the driver is illegal, per NHRA rules 9.1. RACER GATE Pre-sale at points earning events only. Pre-sale of tech cards begins 30 minutes prior to gate opening. Walk-up sales will resume one hour after gate opening. Once you have purchased a tech card, there are no refunds or exchanges. All vehicles need to be race-ready upon entering facility. Substitute vehicles and switching of classes permitted, upon passing inspection.

4 RACE PROCEDURES RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT FORM/MINOR WAIVERS Must be signed at the Racer Gate by all drivers, participants and crew. You will receive a wristband and ONLY those with color-correct wristbands will be allowed to enter the restricted area. A different colored wristband will be issued to drivers and only those drivers will be allowed to race. Minors must have a current completed Minor Release on file and ID created for restricted area access. Tampering with or transfer of wristbands = disqualification. RETURN ROAD Follow posted road signs, 20 MPH or less. NO burnouts. Violators will be penalized which could include disqualification. Race Master will determine the appropriate disciplinary measure. Drive on correct side. No stopping. Use extreme caution at all times, especially at night! SCALES The second building after exiting track is the scales. Certain classes require being weighed. Slowly pull forward until an Official prompts you to stop. The weight will be displayed on the digital board. TRUCKS/SUVS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON SCALES. STAGING When bottom half of the blue circle has been lit (stage), prepare for the three amber LED bulbs to count down to the green light. Pro Tree - all three lights come on in unision (.400- or.500-tenths, depending on class); Full Tree, each light is.500-tenths of a second a part. Courtesy Staging (allowing competitor to pre-stage, prior to staging) is in effect in all Pro Tree classes. A reasonable amount of time will be permitted for drivers to stage. The time limit will be determined at the sole and absolute discretion of the official starter. When both drivers pre-stage and one driver stages, the Autostart system is activated and the second driver has a preset time to stage. If not staged within this set time, the second driver will be disqualified and receive a red-light. STAGING LANES Come to the lanes only when your class and assigned lanes are called. When in staging lanes be ready to race - helmet on, seat belt fastened and windows up. Once you enter the staging lanes, do not switch lanes, and stay with your vehicle. STOP SIGN Do not proceed past until instructed by an Official. The Clock Operator will read your number and dial-in from the control room from this location. See DIAL-IN section for more information. SUBSTITUTE CAR/DRIVER Each car/driver are inspected as a team and neither can be substituted without going through tech re-inspection. If either the car or driver is substituted and not re-inspected, both will be disqualified from competition. No substitutions allowed once eliminations have started nor with vehicles entered in the event in the same class. TRACK PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEM/FM STATION Bandimere Speedway broadcasts the Public Address (PA) System simultaneously over the radio on FM It s recommended to tune your radio to the station for information and call to the lanes. TECH INSPECTION Please read all racer information given at the racer gate before proceeding to Tech Inspection. After filling out tech card, proceed with vehicle to Tech Inspection, located on the west side of staging lanes. DO NOT come to tech until tech card is filled out completely. If tech card is not filled out, you will be asked to return to the pit area to fill it out. A tech inspector will check vehicle, give you a wristband/punch card and put a number on your vehicle. Tech Building also offers Write-On products along with helmet and jacket rentals, and CO2 and Nitrous refills. TICKET/TIME TRIAL PUNCH CARD Your time trial punch card or tabbed wristband is your ticket. DO NOT LOSE your punch card/ wristband, as this is your rain check in case of rain-out. Keep your punch card/wristband accessible as you will need to present it to the staging lane officials before each run. TIME SLIP Pick up your time slip at the Time Slip building. It includes reaction time (.000 is perfect), 60-, 330-, 660-, 1000-, and 1320-foot elapsed times and 660- and 1320-foot mph. The time slip also gives your competitor s information and indicates the winner in eliminations (MOV = "Margin Of Victory"). TROPHIES/WINNINGS Trophies will be handed out at either the Time Slip Booth or Tech Building. All monetary winnings will be mailed on Monday following the event. Bandimere Speedway will send 1099 forms to those racers with winnings of $600 or more per year. Reporting below $600 is the responsibility of racer.

5 RACE PROCEDURES WARM-UPS It is mandatory that a driver be seated in the car in the normal driving position any time the engine is running, unless the coupler or driveline is removed from the vehicle. CROSS TALK If class allows Cross Talk, the top amber bulb on the Tree will flash on in both lanes at the same time, then continue in the slower vehicle lane. The bulb will remain on for the quicker vehicle, then count down, as normal.
