1 Final Instructions 2017 Paddocks Open and close timing: The Paddocks will be open for access from Thursday (19/10) from 10H00 AM. Trucks must leave Pit Sunday night must can stay until Monday (23/10) at 12H00 AM in the special place in the paddock. Pits can be shared from 3 to 5 cars and need to pre booked sending an with form in the last page in this document to coordenador@raceready.pt. Also there is free pre-booking to paddock. Unlike other circuits, paddock space is limited. So please get back to us, so we can have enough space to your truck.

2 Competitors Car Parking Each team will receive 3 car pass to park your personal car in the VIP parking behind Grandstand A at 3 minutes walking to the Pits. In the map you can find VIP parking. Otherwise, the circuit has a limited number of transponders that can be hired. Each hired transponder will cost 80, plus you need to bring a bank check of 800 as a guarantee in case you don t return the transponder or it is damaged. You can rent your transponder on Sign On. In case the organization received more entries than the maximum allowed by the circuit 2 mouths before, a commitee meeting will be held to choose each team. So, every driver will have their absolute confirmation if his entry as been accepted at least 2 months before the event. After two months the entries will be chosen accordingly their date of arrival. VAT RATES will be according to E.U. Entry Cancelation: To receive a full refundo of an entry fee, notice must be made in writing to coordenador@raceready.pt within 3 calender days of the start of the event to which the enty fee applies. However, if the entry list is full and no substitute can be found for your entry in short notice, refunds will not be given. No Refunds will be available if the clerk of the course regarting the weather, sportive or any other reason decice to cancel or postpone the race. Iberian Historic Endurance cannot control race director conditions or decisions. 7 Terms We will always plan to carry spare fuel at events. However, to guarantee your supply, please pre book and pay by the 04/10/17. Fuel ordered but not collected will not be charged for. If you have only pre booked but didn t pay, the fuel will only be held if you have made contact with us by End of the day on Friday 20 th. Otherwise we will assume you no longer need it and supply it to other racers if the demand exists. Race Weekends We will be onsite throughout the race weekend to dispense race fuel.
