2 ANNOUNCEMENT The MARUTI SUZUKI AUTOCROSS 2015: Delhi will run in compliance with the international sporting code, (and its appendices), of the Federation Internationale de l Automobile (FIA), the applicable General Prescriptions of the FMSCI and these Supplementary Regulations. ACQUAINTANCE WITH AND SUBMISSION TO RULES Every person or group of persons, organizing a competition or taking part therein: Shall deemed to be acquainted with the International Sporting code of the FIA All competitors should sign the indemnity and declaration, which are enclosed with the entry form These are the conditions precedent attached to the submission of entries and taking part in an event and all competitors participating in the meet shall be bound by them and also the rules and regulations hereinafter set out or amendments made thereto Shall undertake to submit themselves without reserve to the above and to the decisions and the consequences resulting there from. The Track Marshals/ Other Marshals/ Officials will be identified by means of distinguishing clothing/ ID Tags. 3 RULES 3.1 OFFICIAL NOTICE BOARD The Official notice board will be located at: From opening of entries till 17 December 2015 At Northern Motorsport office: F 8 & 9, Sector 8, NOIDA, UP From 18 December 2015 At the Autocross Venue, Budh International Circuit, Greater Noida The official website: Written Bulletins when issued shall be put up on the Official Notice Board and shall have the same legal force as the Supplementary Regulations. 3.3 All Bulletins will be communicated dated and sequentially numbered. These Bulletins shall have the force (and will constitute an integral part) of these regulations and will be posted at the venue. 3.4 The Organisers will ensure that all relevant permissions are obtained from the competent authorities prior to the event, copies of which must be made available to the Stewards. 3.5 The Organisers will ensure that all monetary fines / penalties collected during the event are sent to FMSCI at the earliest as per Art 157 of FIA Sporting Code DRAFT SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS PAGE 4 of 20

5 AMENDMENTS TO THE REGULATIONS MARUTI SUZUKI AUTOCROSS 2015 : DELHI 3.6 Amendments to these regulations may only be made as per sporting code and General Prescriptions of FMSCI. The competitors would be informed of any amendments as soon as possible. 3.7 Any amendments/additional provisions would be announced via dated and sequentially numbered bulletins printed on yellow papers which form an integral part of these Supplementary Regulations. These bulletins will be posted at the official Notice Board and shall also be communicated to the competitors. 3.8 The Stewards of the Meet are empowered to take a decision on any case not covered by the present regulations. 3.9 The organizers may, at their discretion abandon, cancel or postpone the meet, in case of unforeseen circumstances with the approval of FMSCI/ Stewards The stewards of the meet and/or the clerk of the course reserve the right to delete and/or change any part of the route should they deem necessary due to force majeure or for any other safety reason The organizers reserve the right to refuse the entry of any entrant or participant after giving sufficient reason for such refusal ADDITIONAL NOTES : The attached Appendix I to 3 will be integral part of this Supplementary Regulations 4 GENERAL CONDITIONS 4.1 Status of the Event: Open FMSCI Permit No. TBA Name of Event: MARUTI SUZUKI AUTOCROSS DELHI 2015 Name of Organiser: NORTHERN MOTORSPORT Description of the Circuit Place: Grand Plaza, Budh International Circuit, Greater Noida Length: 750 plus metres Width of Start: 3 metres Maximum Width: 5 metres Minimum Width: 3 metres Surface: Tramac 4.2 SAFETY PLAN Sufficient safety arrangements including barricading, fire extinguishers, etc. have been arranged and an ambulance with a qualified Doctor would remain present throughout the event. Competitors are requested to instruct their crew and supporters to remain at a safe distance from the track and follow marshal s instructions. 6 5 DEFINITIONS 5.1 STOCK: No Modifications permitted except to the Air Filter & the exhaust beyond the first muffler. All external modifications like body kits, spoilers, alloy wheels, low profile tyres/ larger wheels etc. are permitted. ECUs are Free. 5.2 MODIFIED: Any modifications over and above of those specified in STOCK. 5.3 Aftermarket turbocharging/ supercharging will attract a multiplication factor of 1.5 in cubic capacity. 5.4 AMATEUR: An Amateur is deemed to be a competitor who has a. Not participated in any Rally, Raid in the Extreme, Speed or Stage category. Participation in a TSD event is NOT a disqualifier. b. Not qualified for a podium finish in any Club sport Speed event for the last 2 years c. The participant would have to declare his Amateur or Pro status in the entry form. However the determination of the status of participant as Amateur or PRO rests solely with the organizers. Wrong declaration would entail exclusion. 5.5 "Free" means that the original part, as well as its function(s), may be removed or replaced with a new part, on condition that the new part has no additional function relative to the original part. 5.6 JUNIOR: Competitors between the ages of 16 & 18 years possessing adequate driving skills will be issued a special 1 event FMSCI licence subject to completion of the required paperwork. Juniors can ONLY participate in the STOCK Group & the following criteria must be met before he/she may be allowed to participate: a. Parental consent and a completed and signed minor waiver form must be submitted. b. The minor should have some prior experience to justify the on track activity as being reasonably safe and prudent. c. The performance of the vehicle driven by the minor must be reasonable and safe given the minor s prior track experience. d. All safety rules and precautions must be followed. e. It is required that at least one parent or legal guardian be present at the event, including the competition and instructional periods. 5.7 GENTLEMAN DRIVER: A competitor who is over 45 years of age. 5.8 PURPOSE BUILT SPACE FRAME VEHICLE: A car built for the sole purpose of racing and conforming to those internationally recognized regulations of the FIA which governs the category. The chassis must conform to the design, dimensions and construction specified by the FIA for the class. Cars built and raced to a national formula may also be accepted. 7 6 ENTRANTS ELIGIBILITY AND OBLIGATIONS MARUTI SUZUKI AUTOCROSS 2015 : DELHI 6.1 Any person who is holding a valid FMSCI CLUB SPORT AUTOCROSS or National Racing / Rally driver& individual entrant Competition license may enter this event. The minimum requirement is 4w one event license for Autocross/Drag/Hill Rs.200/. 6.2 A letter of authority for the use of the vehicle must be produced from the owner of the vehicle in case the owner is not the driver. 6.3 Although it is not compulsory for competitor vehicle to have rally cover insurance for the period of the event. The Entrant/Drivers attention is particularly drawn to the fact that THE NORMAL MOTOR POLICIES ISSUED IN INDIA DO NOT PROVIDE COVER FOR MOTORSPORTS. SPECIAL INSURANCE COVER IS RECOMMENDED Under the laws of the country, it is mandatory that any accident out of which a claim may arise be reported to the nearest police station. 6.5 All/ any particulars given at the time of registration should be true. It is the duty of each competitor to satisfy the Scrutineers and the Stewards of the competition that his automobile complies with these regulations in their entirety at all times during the competition. 7 GROUPS AND CLASSES The Groups & Classes are detailed in APPENDIX: The participant would have to declare his Amateur or Pro status in the entry form. However the determination of the status of participant as Amateur or PRO rests solely with the organizers. Wrong declaration would entail exclusion. 7.2 The driver &/or entrant is solely responsible for the correct determination of the vehicles class/group 7.3 If the number of the verified cars in a class is below four, this class will be amalgamated with the class or classes above to attain the minimum number of four. 7.4 If after amalgamation the number of verified entries is still below four then only the first prize will be given. 7.5 A separate ladies class shall be formed if there are 3 or more entries; else they will drive amongst the men. 8 VEHICLE ELIGIBILITY 8.1 This event is open to ALL types of Cars, SUV s and Jeeps. Soft top vehicles are NOT allowed. 8.2 Any Type of Fuel is permitted provided it complies with Government/RTO Laws. 8.3 Classes to Run: Refer to Appendix Classes will be deemed to be formed if at least 4 entries start in that class. If less than 4 entries are received such entries shall be amalgamated into the next higher class. In any case Professional and Amateur groups will not be merged. 8 8.5 Subject to the payment of a fee of INR 1,000/ per change, the competitor may replace the car declared in the entry form prior to the start of qualifying, provided this is informed to the event secretary and corrected in the entry form and insurance taken for the replaced car. However the entered competitor cannot be changed. 9 PERMITTED MODIFICATIONS 9.1 For all cars, the noise level must not exceed 103 db(a) for an engine rotation speed of 3500 rpm for petrol engines and 2500 rpm for diesel engines. 9.2 Brakes: Free, but there must be a double circuit operated by the same pedal and the pedal must normally control all the wheels. 9.3 Brakes may be modified, but an effective handbrake is obligatory. The handbrake may be modified for fly off operation. It must be efficient and simultaneously control the two front wheels or the two rear wheels. 9.4 Windscreen: Must be of laminated glass or of a polycarbonate, and the windows must be of safety glass or polycarbonate. If polycarbonate is used, the thickness must not be less than 5 mm. In cars which have no glass/polycarbonate windscreen, motorcycle type goggles or a visor fitted on the helmet must be worn by the driver. 9.5 Exhaust: In case of stock cars the exhaust system must include one or more homologated catalytic converters, which must work at all times and through which all the exhaust gases must pass. 9.6 Transmission: The final drive assembly, differentials and their locking systems, propshafts and drive shafts are free. Gear ratios are free, provided they are production parts from similar variant models. The gear selection mechanism must be mechanically operated. Electronic, hydraulic or pneumatic mechanisms are prohibited, unless fitted by the manufacturer to that body style. Clutch and flywheel are Free. 9.7 Suspension: Active suspension, and any system which allows control of the spring flexibility, shock absorption or trim height when the car is moving, is prohibited unless fitted by the manufacturer to that body style. 9.8 ECU : Free for all cars 9.9 Engine internal parts are free as long as the block is a MSIL (Maruti Suzuki) part. 9 10 ENTRY FEES 10.1 ENTRIES Entry forms duly filled in, confirming to these regulations along with the appropriate fees must be submitted to the organizers as per schedule. By the very fact of signing the entry form, the entrant as well as driver submit and bind themselves to resort only to the General Prescriptions of FMSCI, the International Sporting Code of FIA, these Supplementary regulations and Club rules for autocross. Online Entries Those participants who are filling online entry forms also have to sign the indemnity bond in the presence of a Northern Motorsport official at the track. They also need to bring a copy of the online entry form duly filled & submitted for cross reference. Failure to do so may result in exclusion of that entry 10.2 Entry fees will be divided into 3 parts as follows: a. PART 1: Drivers Registration: INR 1,500 This onetime fee common across all groups, includes one event FMSCI Club sport Autocross license fee. b. PART 2 (Qualifying) AMATEUR Standard Entry Fees per entry: 1,500/ Late Entry Fee per entry: 2,000/ Very Late Fee per entry 3,000/ PROFESSIONAL Standard Entry Fees per entry: 2,000/ Late Entry Fee per entry: 2,500/ Very Late Fee per entry 3,500/ c. PART 3 (Subsequent Races after qualification) for All: 2,000/ 10.3 TEAM ENTRIES a. Team registration fee is INR 5,000/ b. Team Entry fee would be INR 500/ per entry in addition to the qualifying fee DISCOUNTS A 10 % discount on the Qualifying Entry Fee would be available to all on the subsequent 2 entries (2 nd & 3 rd ) & 20 % on the 4 th Entry Fee. Subject to a maximum of 4 Entries per Class In addition any one of the following discounts would be available: a. 20 % on the Qualifying Fee for the first entry in Amateur Group for Undergraduate Students holding a valid Identity Card b. 20 % on the Qualifying Fee for the first entry for First Time Motorsport participants. 10 10.5 PAYMENT Entry Fees should be paid in cash at the time of registration. Cheques/ Credit cards etc. may not be accepted. An entrant will be allowed to participate only if the payment is made in full Multiple entries can be made for the same driver and car combination. However in such cases, only the best timed entry would be considered for qualification in subsequent races The organiser reserves the right to reject or accept any entries received with due explanation 10.8 The maximum number of entries shall be no more than 200 entrants. The entries will be given on first come first served basis 10.9 REFUNDS a. Registration fee will be refunded only in case the event does not take place. b. The organizers will refund 100% of the entry fees to those competitors whose entry has not been accepted or refused DOCUMENT SUBMISSION a. Competitors are required to submit the following documents in original: Completed and signed Entry Form: If online, please carry a printout. 3 Photographs Authority letter from the owner of the car, if the driver is not the owner of the car. Declaration & Indemnity Form Duly filled and signed by the Entrant, First Driver & Witnesses. b. Competitors are required to submit SELF ATTESTED copies of the following documents: Vehicle Registration Book with Tax paid plate. (Not applicable for Group 6) Civil driving license FMSCI competition license valid for Autocross or license number confirmed by FMSCI Insurance for the Vehicle (Indemnity & Declaration for Group 6) Rally Cover Insurance (Recommended) c. Competitors are required to produce for verification the following in original: Vehicle Registration Book with Tax paid plate. (Not applicable for Group 6) Civil driving license FMSCI competition license valid for Autocross or license number confirmed by FMSCI Insurance for the Vehicle (Indemnity & Declaration for Group 6) Rally Cover Insurance (Recommended) The competitors are required to carry all the above documents throughout the Event. 11 11 SAFETY a. 3 point Seat belts are mandatory. b. During the event all drivers participating should wear a Branded BIS marked Safety Helmet and shall be properly harnessed in the seat belt. The helmet chin strap should be securely fastened while competing. c. Footwear should be such that shoes covering the entire foot shall be worn. d. All loose items, inside and outside the car, must be removed. Hand held items, such as but not limited to, cameras and cell phones are considered loose items. e. Tires must be in good condition, with no cord or belts showing or cracks in the tread or sidewall. f. The Door / Window Glasses must be wound up. g. Throttle return action shall be safe and positive. h. No excessive fuel, oil, water or brake fluid leaks should be observed when the engine is running. i. Steering spinner knobs shall not be permitted and mechanical components like wheel bearings, shocks, steering and suspension shall be in good operating condition. j. The Clerk of the course or his nominated officials may at their sole discretion exclude a competitor who is deemed unfit for reasons of Health or consumption of/under the influence of alcohol or drugs. k. In case the COC or any Judge of fact finds any vehicle unfit for competition on safety grounds the same maybe excluded at their discretion. The competitor will have to accept such a ruling. l. Cars must have a means of access on either side of the Passenger compartment which can be operated from inside or outside. Access must be sufficient to remove an occupant without interference from any door locking devices 12 CODE OF COMPETITOR CONDUCT DURING THE EVENT 12.1 THE COMPETITOR WILL BE DEEMED TO HAVE BREACHED COMPETITION RULES AND LI ABLE FOR SANCTIONS UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS a. Any fraudulent proceeding or act prejudicial to the interests of the NORTHERN MO TORSPORT FMSCI or of the event generally. b. Reckless or dangerous driving, either on course or in the pits and paddock area. c. Failure to obey a direction or order of an official. d. Refusing to cooperate with, interfering with, or obstructing the actions of the Chief Steward, the event officials in the performance of their duties. e. Unsportsmanlike conduct or physical violence toward any other participant or spectator at the event No speeding/testing is permitted in the vicinity of the venue including the Pit Area No tire warm ups (burn outs, driving in circles, brake tests, etc.) are permitted on or off the event site, including the grid area DRAFT SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS PAGE 11 of 20

12 12.4 Speed limit on the event site outside of the designated course area is 15 KMPH Vehicles may not be driven in the pits or grid other than to enter or exit the course Any littering of the event area is strictly prohibited under pain of exclusion Alcoholic beverages are not permitted at any time Damage to the racetrack while competing in a run, its surface, fencing, paddock, walls, buildings, vehicles, etc., by the driver (including his/her friends, crew,) is the responsibility of the driver, and said driver agrees herein to make restitution. This agreement is binding when a driver enters the event. 13 SCRUTINY AND DRIVERS BRIEFING 13.1 The drivers briefing will be held as per programme All cars will have a general scrutiny prior to start Cars must be presented for scrutineering and practice at the times specified in the SRs, with any previous Scrutineering tickets removed. Any Competitor not reporting as instructed may be fined, excluded or may forfeit any claim to a favourable starting position 13.4 After completion of the course by one group/class, the best timed 3 competitors will be requested to proceed to Parc Fermè for 30 minutes and then a scrutiny conducted if required. If any technical infringement is found on any car, that competitor will be disqualified and the next best timed person scrutinized and awarded the time/placement POST EVENT SCRUTINY Post event Scrutineering is applicable at the discretion of the Scrutineer only for competitors placed 1st, 2nd and 3rd, in each class/group and will be conducted upon completion of their rounds of each class/group 14 FORMAT OF THE EVENT 14.1 Course walk: All competitors will be allowed to walk the course at the designated time. No one will be allowed to take a free practice lap START/FINISH : a. All vehicles will be started from a standing start with the engines running. One car at a time. However, more than 1 car may be on the track at any point. The start order & time would be at the organiser s discretion. b. The Starting order for the qualifying runs will be on a mixed basis. The Starting order for the final rounds will be published. c. The finish line will be clearly indicated. d. A run is counted once the car has crossed the start line on its own engine power. e. A re run will be given if a red flag is raised due to safety reasons. f. Reruns may also be granted for a timer malfunction. All reruns due to a timer malfunction will be at the discretion of the timing personnel. g. In case of Accidents and Technical failures, the entrant will be ruled as DNF (Did not Finish) DRAFT SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS PAGE 12 of 20

13 h. A Red Flag signal will be given to stop the race at any time including any safety reasons. No other flag signals are given. i. Start will be given with a Manual count down or with Starting lights. j. Each car and each run will be individually timed. k. False Start: If an entrant makes a false start, penalties as specified herein will be applicable l. The event will not be cancelled due to inclement weather unless ordered by the organizers. It is the responsibility of the driver to bring appropriate equipment such as rain tires, clothing, etc. m. Anytime a driver is forced to stop in an emergency; the first concern should be to place the car in an area where it will not cause danger to the other drivers on track. n. Driving, towing, or pushing a vehicle on the course in the direction opposite to the normal traffic flow is strictly prohibited. o. A DNF occurs when a driver misses consecutive or a significant portion of the gates/cones, or is obviously lost. In this case, the time for the run will not be recorded. 15 RUNNING OF THE EVENT 15.1 Each competitor may be permitted an additional qualifying run. In this case the better of the two timing would count as the qualifying time The organizers would determine a cut off number of participants who would be permitted into the final round. These participants would be required to make 1 final run. This time would determine the final official classification 15.3 Course Deviation: A time penalty as specified in these Supplementary Regulations shall be charged for any uncorrected deviation from the course, or for unnecessarily delaying the event. The correct course to be traversed will be marked with plastic cones, knocking down a cone or displacing it from its original marked position will result in penalties as specified. 14 15.4 PIT AREA/ PARC FERMÈ MARUTI SUZUKI AUTOCROSS 2015 : DELHI a. All entrants/ participants are to report at the pit area 30 minutes before the start of the event and a sign in on Qualifying day is mandatory, failing which penalties as per these regulations will be imposed. b. All competitors must report to the starting area at the Pit Area at least 30 minutes before the start of the event. c. The cars shall be subject to the Pit Area rules: From the start of the event. From the moment they reach the end of the event until the time for lodging protests has expired If the Scrutineer notes that a vehicle seems to be in a condition which is not compatible with normal road use, they will inform the Clerk of the Course or his Deputy thereof who may request that the car be repaired or be declared a non starter It is permitted to conduct any kind of repairs to the vehicle only in the designated area 15.7 Subject to the approval of the Stewards of the Meet, Cars may be removed from Pit Area at the end of the event as per programme after the protest period has elapsed, Only participating vehicles will be allowed in the Pit Area. Any infringement of Pit Area regulations may result in exclusion from the event at the discretion of the Stewards of the Meet 15.9 ELEMENTS a. The course will consist of an indicated track & elements which are composed of cones & barriers etc. b. These elements have to be navigated in the prescribed manner. c. Failure to navigate the element in the prescribed manner or missing it altogether would attract penalties as specified STOP BOX a. At one or several points, the organisers may define a rectangle within which the competitor is required to bring the competing car to a complete halt such that all 4 wheels are stationary within the prescribed box. b. Failure to stop with all 4 wheels within the prescribed boundary would incur penalties as specified. DRAFT SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS PAGE 14 of 20

15 16 INDEMNITY & INSURANCE ALL ENTRANTS MUST SIGN THE INDEMNITY DECLARATION ALONG WITH THE ENTRY FORM 16.1 Participants a. It is recommended to have Special Rally Coverage for the vehicle during the event b. Each participant can be provided on the spot, one day PA coverage (for coverage inside the course area) during the event by payment of fees to the insurance co. (Fees: TBA) Only during the running of the event, all FMSCI Competition License holders are insured for a Personal Accident Insurance of 5,00,000 &Hospitalization benefits of 1,00,000. However, it is strongly advised that all Drivers / Co Drivers and crew take necessary and adequate additional insurance covers on their own including hospitalization benefits. All vehicles must have minimum third party insurance and Special Rally cover (with hospitalization benefit), valid for the period of the Rally Officials All officials connected with the event are covered under group insurance policy for personal accident including hospitalization benefit for 2,00,000/ per person Public liability: Public Liability insurance for 20,00,000/ which adequately covers any liability incurred during the running of event for injury to Third persons or damage to public property 16.4 In the event of an accident, the competitor or his representative should notify the clerk of the Course in writing Any other vehicles other than those whose plate nos. are given in the entry form may never be considered as official participants in the event. They are therefore not covered by the insurance policy of the event and will remain the sole responsibility of the owners /drivers The Insurance cover will be applicable for any accident or mishaps occurring inside the official course/track. Any accident or mishaps outside the track or course will remain the sole responsibility of the owners. 17 ADVERTISING 17.1 It is compulsory to carry organizers rally plates. It is also compulsory to carry organizer provided advertisements on the competing vehicles as per Appendix Competitors are allowed to carry any kind of advertisement on the vehicle provided that; a. It is authorized by the National laws and FMSCI regulations b. It is not likely to cause any offence c. It is not political or religious in nature 17.3 Competitors who do not wish to carry the OPTIONAL advertisement of the organizers shall pay another additional fee of 10,000 per car to the organizers DRAFT SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS PAGE 15 of 20

16 18 PROTESTS AND APPEALS 18.1 The time limit for protest against Provisional Results is within 30 minutes after the results are declared on the Official Notice Board at the finish venue Any protest must be made in writing and submitted to the COC along with the protest fee Any protest must be accompanied by a protest fee of 5,000/. In case the protest is unfounded this amount will be forfeited If the Protest requires the dismantling and Re assembling clearly defined pats of a car, the claimant must pay an additional deposit of 6000/ The expenses incurred for the work and by the transport of the car shall be borne by the protester if the protest is unfounded, or by the competitor against whom the protest is lodged if it is upheld If the Protest is unfounded, and if the expenses incurred by the protest (scrutineering, transport etc.) are higher than the amount of the deposit, difference shall be borne by the Claimant. Conversely, if the expenses are less, the difference shall be returned to them Any ruling by the stewards shall be final and subject only to the right of appeal as provided by the General Prescriptions of FMSCI 18.8 The Appeal fee is set by FMSCI as a sum of 80,000/ ( 40,000/ to be paid with intention to appeal within 1 hour of the stewards decision & balance 40,000/ with grounds of appeal within 48 hours.) 18 20 CLASSIFICATION, PRIZES AND CUPS MARUTI SUZUKI AUTOCROSS 2015 : DELHI 20.1 RESULTS As soon as scrutiny is completed the results will be tabulated and signed by COC and announced to the competitors and a list posted on the official notice board with their run times PROVISIONAL CLASSIFICATIONS: Classifications published after end of each class 20.3 FINAL OFFICIAL CLASSIFICATION: Provisional Classification would be considered final after a period of 30 minutes provided for the registration of any protests. This Classification would be approved by the Stewards 20.4 Overall fastest time of the event: This would be fastest time scored by any competitor during qualifying CLASSIFICATION a. The winner in each class/ amalgamated class will be the driver who wins the final round in that class. b. The results shall be posted in accordance with the programme unless the finish is unduly delayed in which case the results shall be posted as soon as possible after the end of the last round. c. In order to be classified in the results, entrants should have paid to the Organisers any fines, imposed under these Supplementary Regulations before provisional results are published. 21 PRIZES & TROPHIES 21.1 Prizes will be awarded to the winner and the runners up in each class/group as follows Winner Trophy Runner Up Trophy 21.2 In the women s category prizes will be as follows Winner Trophy Runner Up Trophy 21.3 In recognition of the fastest time scored during qualifying Men Women s Most Promising Junior 21.4 The Organisers/ Sponsors may at their discretion: a. PRINCIPAL MISSIONS Inform the competitors and play the role of a stabilizing factor at all times. The CRO will attend the meeting of the Panel of the Stewards of the Meet, in order to keep abreast of all the decisions taken. To be able to be easily identified by the competitors, The CRO will wear a RED poncho. He / She will be introduced to the competitors when there is a drivers briefing b. PRESENCE AT THE RUNNING OF AN EVENT When the Secretariat is opened, he / she will have the Secretary of the Meeting draft a schedule of his / her duties which shall be posted on the notice board of the event and which shall include: At the Secretariat.
