The Come Back to the Grand Prix Special Offer (hereinafter referred to as the Special Offer ) is intended to promote the 2017 FORMULA 1 VTB RUSSIAN GRAND PRIX, form a permanent customers database and attract the customers who attended the 2015 FORMULA 1 RUSSIAN GRAND PRIX and the 2016 FORMULA 1 RUSSIAN GRAND PRIX by granting a 15% discount for the tickets for the 2017 FORMULA 1 VTB RUSSIAN GRAND PRIX, which will be held in the Imeretinskaya Lowland, Sochi, over the period from 27 till 30 April The Special Offer is carried out in the Russian Federation The Special Offer is governed by these Terms and Conditions. To use the Special Offer, a Participant of the Special Offer (hereinafter - the Participant) shall comply to clause 4.1. of these Terms and Conditions Promo Code means 20 digits of the barcode, displayed on the ticket for the 2015 FORMULA 1 RUSSIAN GRAND PRIX and the 2016 FORMULA 1 RUSSIAN GRAND PRIX (Picture 5, Schedule 1 to these Terms and Conditions), which are used by the Participants, complying with the provisions of clause 4.1., to get a discount on the tickets for the 2017 FORMULA 1 VTB RUSSIAN GRAND PRIX at the Promo page of the Special Offer Official Box Offices of the Organiser of the Special Offer mean ticket box offices of the Organiser of the Special Offer, information about which is published on the Official Website of the Organiser of the Special Offer at Promo Page of the Special Offer means a web page of the Organiser of the Special Offer where tickets for the 2017 FORMULA 1 VTB RUSSIAN GRAND PRIX are available for purchase with a discount under the Special Offer Call Centre of the Special Offer means a centre, providing ticket sales services for the 2017 FORMULA 1 VTB RUSSIAN GRAND PRIX under the Special Offer as well as the support for the Participants on the following phone numbers: , +7(495) , and by customerservice@sochiautodrom.ru Organiser of the Special Offer means Non Public Joint-Stock Company The Construction Technology Transfer Center of Krasnodar Region Omega (NPJSC Center Omega ), (TIN , PSRN , registered address: 18 Nadezhd Boulevard, Sochi , Krasnodar Region 2. Period of the Special Offer 2.1. The period of the Special Offer is from the sales launch day trough 9 April 2017.

4 3. Participants of the Special Offer 3.1. Individuals, individual entrepreneurs and legal entities that purchased tickets for the 2015 FORMULA 1 RUSSIAN GRAND PRIX and the 2016 FORMULA 1 RUSSIAN GRAND PRIX as well as individuals that received invitations for the 2015 FORMULA 1 RUSSIAN GRAND PRIX and the 2016 FORMULA 1 RUSSIAN GRAND PRIX. 4. Participation in the Special Offer 4.1 To use the Special Offer, a Participant shall have a ticket for the 2015 FORMULA 1 RUSSIAN GRAND PRIX or the 2016 FORMULA 1 RUSSIAN GRAND PRIX with a valid, not void barcode (example is provided in Schedule 1 to these Terms and Conditions). 5. Description of the Special Offer 5.1. The Organiser of the Special Offer provides a 15% discount for a maximum of 4 tickets for the 2017 FORMULA 1 RUSSIAN GRAND PRIX to the Participants who comply with the conditions, set out in clause 4.1. of these Terms and Conditions Over the period from the sales launch day trough 20 February 2017 till 12:00 (Moscow time), the participants of the special offer can get a 5% discount, which will be added to the 10% discount of the Early Bird Special Offer. Over the period from 20 February at 12:01 (Moscow time) through 9 April 2017, the discount under the Come Back to the Grand Prix Special Offer will be 15% The discount applies to all the categories of the tickets for the 2017 FORMULA 1 RUSSIAN GRAND PRIX except for 1-day tickets, packages and parking permits for the 2017 FORMULA 1 RUSSIAN GRAND PRIX The promo code is available only for single use by a Participant and once used the promo code will be void No other discounts can apply together with this discount (except for Clause 5.2) and this discount is not valid for any value-added services: purchase of parking permits for the 2017 FORMULA 1 VTB RUSSIAN GRAND PRIX, courier delivery of the tickets and parking permits for the 2017 FORMULA 1 VTB RUSSIAN GRAND PRIX to the Participants Number of tickets for the 2017 FORMULA 1 VTB RUSSIAN GRAND PRIX is limited. 6. Procedure for getting the discount by the Participant 6.1. The discount is available from the sales launch day trough 9 April To get the discount the Participant shall visit the Promo Page of the Special Offer and input the Promo Code at the time of purchase of the ticket for the 2017 FORMULA 1 VTB RUSSIAN GRAND PRIX or shall go to one of the Official Box Offices of the Organiser of the Special Offer and submit the Promo Code or shall contact the Call Centre of the Special Offer and announce the Promo Code at the time of purchase The discount cannot be redeemed for cash.

5 7. Changes to these Terms and Conditions and their termination 7.1. These Terms and Conditions commence and become operative since they are published on the website of the Promotion Organiser The Organiser of the Special Offer reserves the right to change or terminate these Terms and Conditions by publishing a notification on the web page of the Organiser of the Special Offer 10 (ten) days prior to such changes becoming effective The Organiser of the Special Offer shall not be liable for any violation of the Terms and Conditions of this Special Offer if such a violation is a result of force majeure, including: any actions by public authorities, fires, floods, earthquakes and other Acts of God, as well as power supply failure, strikes, civil disturbance, disorder and any other circumstances, not limited by the foregoing, which may affect the fulfilment of the conditions of the Special Offer and are beyond the control of the Organiser of the Special Offer If the circumstances, listed in clause 7.3. emerge, and result in failure to deliver the 2017 FORMULA 1 RUSSIAN GRAND PRIX, any changes or refunds of the money shall be made in accordance with the public terms and conditions (public offer) for the 2017 FORMULA 1 VTB RUSSIAN GRAND PRIX.
