Contents: The third stage of the Che Guevara Energy Drink Tour de Corse has seen Thierry Neuville crowned at the end of 316 kilometres of special events. The Belgian overtakes four-time World Champion, Sébastien Ogier, and Spaniard Dani Sordo. After a troubled start to the year, Thierry Neuville has finally made it to the winner s podium. During the Che Guevara Energy Drink Tour de Corse 2017, he has managed to emerge ahead of tough rivals and given Hyundai its first victory of the 2017 season. Despite a shaky first day, the Belgian driver was able to take advantage of his competitors weaknesses and turn things around from the way they were at the start of the second stage, ending the weekend in celebration! Thierry Neuville, 28, has swept to his third WRC victory at the end of this sixtieth edition of the Che Guevara Energy Drink Tour de Corse, after wins in Germany in 2014 and Sardinia in Although he first entered the Tour de Corse in the IRC in 2011, his victory this weekend is his first premiere class victory in Corsica. Then, as per WRC tradition, all the drivers entering this event were pressented before a huge crowd to encourage and cheer them on. Finally, after a 3-hour ceremony, Sébastien Ogier and Julien Ingrassia got the impassioned crowd moving. IGOL was clearly in a celebratory mood at the starting line. At the forefront of this event was a VIP area that had been reserved for IGOL customers who had come to watch the presentation in the best possible conditions. The close of the event was marked by dedications to the drivers and a good atmosphere.

David Serieys, Director of thetour de Corse, was there for the occasion. Everyone was waiting to find out Julien Ingrassia s score, Sébastien Ogier s co-driver, so that they could start making their way to the finish podium. 6 P A G E 6 N E W S L E T T E R IGOL STAND IN THE SERVICE AREA AND BASTIA PARTNER VILLAGE In the middle of the service area in Bastia, a reception area had been set up to host some 40 clients in the IGOL tent. This is where people got together to share a friendly drink in front of the stands of the main teams and manufacturers. Before the cocktail dinner that had been organised for them by Jacques Agopian, IGOL s commercial director in Provence, most of IGOL s guests visited the service area and the stands, which were equipped for their accreditation. A party atmosphere, mild spring weather, good humour, music and a DJ: these were the elements of not only the cocktail dinners but also the celebrations during which everyone was able to share a rare moment between enthusiasts, making this evening a memorable experience.
