UN Regulation No.0 Reflect the outcome of UN R0 pretesting into UN R0 and submit it to WP.29 for consideration Submit UN R0 final proposal WP.29 approves the final proposal in accordance with Article 5 of Appendix to the 1958 Agreement Secretary General transmit the proposal to all CPs The Regulation will be considered to be adopted provided the conditions of Article 1.2 of the 1958 Agreement are fulfilled As from 9 months after the date of entry into force of UN R0, CPs applying UN R0 shall accept an IWVTA issued.
