2 TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE : Three game pool play starting Thursday, May 15, followed by double elimination Friday & Saturday. 60+: Three game pool play starting Friday, May 16 th, followed by double elimination Saturday & Sunday. 50+, 55+: Two game pool play starting at approximately 2:00 p.m., Friday, May 17th, followed by double elimination Saturday & Sunday. TOURNAMENT INFOMATION POOL PLAY All Pool Play games will be played using 5 runs per inning and 2 homeruns per game. After the 2 homeruns, all out of the park home runs will score as a single, runners may only advance of pushed. Pool games will be one hour, finish the inning and play one more inning. BRACKET PLAY Double Elimination times will be posted approximately one hour after the last game of pool play. Brackets will be posted at the park and are official game times, will also be posted on line: leaguelineup.com/exchangepark Get your tournament director s (TD) telephone contact. It is the responsibility of the team manager to contact TD for game times. Check your game scores for accuracy. If there is a difference you need to notify the TD. MAJOR PLUS No time limit. Nine (9) runs per inning, unlimited in the last inning and all extra innings. Seven (7) homeruns plus one up & a walk. MAJOR DIVISION No time limit. Seven (7) runs per inning, unlimited in the last inning and all extra innings. Four (4 ) homeruns, one up & a walk.

3 AAA DIVISION No time limit. Five (5) runs per inning, unlimited in the last and all extra innings. /three (3) homeruns, no one up, additional homerun is an out. AA DIVISION No time limit. Five (5) runs per inning (unlimited in the last declared inning and all extra innings). One (1) home run,. One-up rule NOT in effect. Additional home run is an out. All Home Runs are Hit and Sit SEEDING PROCESS Win-Loss Record Runs Allowed Runs Differential Total Runs Scored Flip of a Coin TEAM ROSTER All team rosters must be submitted online with the SPA office in Mustang, OK seven (&) days prior to the tournament. Only players on the team roster with a current SPA card will be allowed. You cannot register for a SPA Player s Card at the tournament. CHECK-IN All players must check-in and show current SPA card and proper driver s license to receive a wristband. This wristband must be worn during all tournament play. Players entering the batter s box or playing field without a wristband will be an out.

4 MANAGER;S MEETING Managers for 60+,65+,70+,75+ divisions should report to the Michael J. DeSorbo Exchange Park complex at 8:00 a.m. the morning of their first day of play, 50+,55+ should report 12:00pm Friday for tournament information, discussion of rules, and to get all tournament information. SOFTBALLS Softballs to be furnished by the tournament. The Baden.44 cor 375 psi Fireball will be used for the tournament. TOURNAMENT AWARDS PACKAGE Championship Team Award Finalist Team Award Individual Player Awards for first place team MVP and Best Defensive Award Ten All American Awards per age division THINGS TO REMEMBER Players must wear like uniforms with 6 inch number on the back Players must have current SPA card and cannot register for card at the tournament All rosters must be submitted online with the SPA office seven (7) days prior to the tournament All teams must be registered with SPA.
