Locke is 7-5 with a 3.07 EA... Despite a 3.22 EA (36 E in IP) and excellent 83 to 19 strikeout-to-walk-ratio, Wilk owns just a 4-10 record... The southpaw has been superb in the month of July, posting a 1-1 record and 1.00 EA (2 E in 18.0 IP) with 18 strikeouts and six walks over three starts during the month... In his most recent start on July 18 in Buffalo, Wilk did not figure in the final decision, despite not allowing a run on three hits and three walks while striking out five over seven innings pitched...
