Central Division with Milwaukee Kris Bryant and Albert Almora Jr. last night both went deep while starter Eddie Butler allowed one run in 5.2 innings before Mike Montgomery earned the save with 3.1 shutout innings. Montgomery s save last night was his second this season while recording at least 10 outs he had a 4.0-inning save, May 25 vs. San Francisco, and is now the first pitcher with multiple 10-out saves in a season since Boston s Alfredo Aceves in 2011 (thanks to CSN Chicago s Chris Kamka).
