1 2014 Expedia In-Stadium Home Run Giveaway Contest OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES 1. ELIGIBILITY: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. The 2014 Expedia In-Stadium Home Run Giveaway contest (the Contest ) is open to residents of Canada, excluding the Province of Quebec, who have reached the age of majority in their province/territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives (and those with whom they reside) of Expedia Canada Corp. (the Sponsor ), Rogers Blue Jays Baseball Partnership (the Blue Jays ), the other MLB Entities and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers and advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Contest are not eligible to participate. The MLB Entities shall mean the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball ( BOC ), its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P., Major League Baseball Enterprises, Inc., Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., the Major League Baseball Clubs (the Clubs ), and each of their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and related entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Clubs or the BOC, and the owners, general and limited partners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees and agents of the foregoing entities. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations. Void in Quebec and where prohibited or restricted by law, rule or regulation. The Sponsor and the Blue Jays shall have the right at any time to require proof of identity and/or eligibility to enter the Contest. Failure to provide such proof may result in disqualification. All personal and other information requested by and supplied for the purpose of the Contest must be truthful, complete, accurate and in no way misleading. The Sponsor and the Blue Jays reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant should such an entrant at any stage supply untruthful, incomplete, inaccurate or misleading personal details and/or information. 2. CONTEST PERIOD: The Contest begins at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time ( ET ) on Friday April 4, 2014 and ends on Sunday, September 28, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. ET. The Contest consists of eighty one (81) distinct contest periods (each, a Contest Period ), each directly related to one (1) of the Toronto Blue Jays Major League team s (the Team ) 2014 regular season home games (each, a Game ). Each Game s Contest Period commences at the time that the Rogers Centre stadium (the Stadium ) gates open to the public for the applicable Game and ends at the conclusion of the sixth (6 th ) inning of such Game. 3. HOW TO ENTER: Limit of one (1) entry per person per Contest Period. Each eligible individual (see section 1, above, regarding eligibility) who (a) holds a valid admission ticket to the Game in question, (b) enters into the Stadium prior to the start of that Game (i.e., prior to the first pitch), and (c) has his/her admission ticket scanned or torn by Stadium staff upon entry into the Stadium, is automatically entered into the Contest for that Game s Contest Period. PERSONS WHO ENTER THE CONTEST

2 2 MUST RETAIN THEIR ADMISSION TICKET IN ORDER TO PROVE ELIGIBILITY. THE HOLDER OF A SELECTED ADMISSION TICKET WILL BE DEEMED TO BE THE ELIGIBLE ENTRANT. 4. PRIZE: There will be one (1) prize awarded for each home run hit by a player on the Team during the sixth (6th) inning of any Game (each, an Eligible Home Run ). In the event no Eligible Home Runs are hit, no prize will be awarded in respect of the Contest Period applicable to that Game. The prize will consist of a $ CDN Expedia.ca travel voucher. Some restrictions may apply. Each prize winner is solely responsible for coordinating use of the travel voucher, including booking travel and/or accommodations, through the Sponsor. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability. Not valid on existing travel reservations. Prize must be redeemed and travel completed by December 30, 2014, and failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of the prize in the absolute discretion of the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute another prize of equal value, without liability in the event that the prize or any component of the prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason. No financial compensation will be made or required if the actual prize value is lower than the total value quoted in these rules. Each prize must be accepted as awarded and may not be transferred or exchanged absent the consent of the Sponsor, which consent may be withheld in its absolute discretion. Contest prizes may not be exactly as advertised. 5. RANDOM DRAW(S) AND DECLARING A WINNER: In the event that one (1) or more Eligible Home Runs are hit during a given Game, a Blue Jays or the Sponsor representative, or other person designated by the Blue Jays or the Sponsor, shall select by random draw, from all eligible entries received, one (1) potential winner for each Eligible Home Run hit during that Game. Draw(s) will take place during the sixth (6 th ) inning of that Game, shortly after an Eligible Home Run has been hit. Each potential winner selected in accordance with the above draw process will be visited by a Blue Jays representative in his/her seat shortly after the draw and will be required to (a) correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without the help of any nature that will be asked by a Blue Jays representative and (b) sign a publicity release and waiver (a Release Form ) before being confirmed as a winner. In the event that a potential winner (a) is not present when the Blue Jays representative visits his/her seat, (b) in the sole discretion of the Blue Jays representative appears to be (i) intoxicated or otherwise inebriated, (ii) wearing apparel that displays offensive imagery or displays the trademarks and/or logo of a Club other than the Blue Jays, and/or (iii) likely to exhibit inappropriate behaviour on-camera; (c) fails to correctly answer the mathematical skill-testing question; and/or (d) does not sign the Release Form, another random draw will be held to select another potential winner and the foregoing process will repeat until a winner has been confirmed. In order to be declared a winner of this Contest, the potential winner(s) must meet all conditions as set out in these Official Rules.

3 3 Unless otherwise decided by the Sponsor and/or the Blue Jays in their sole discretion, the winner(s) will be announced during the break between the end of the bottom of the sixth (6 th ) inning and the beginning of the top of the seventh (7 th ) inning. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received and the number of Eligible Home Runs hit. 6. WAIVER OF LIABILITY/PUBLICITY RELEASE: By entering this Contest entrants accept and agree to (i) be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, (ii) be bound by the decisions of the Sponsor, the Blue Jays, which are final, binding and conclusive (without appeal) on all matters relative to this Contest; and (iii) waive any and all claims against the Sponsor, the Blue Jays, the other MLB Entities and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers and advertising and promotion agencies, any and all other companies associated with the Contest, and all of their respective shareholders, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, Released Parties ) for any injury, damage or loss that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from their participation in the Contest or from the receipt, use or misuse of any prize and/or any travel or activity related to the receipt or use of any prize. By acceptance of a Contest prize, each winner authorizes the Blue Jays, the Sponsor and each of their respective designees to use in any related publicity, the winner s name, city and province/territory of residence, photograph, image, likeness, voice, and any statements he/she may make regarding such Contest prize for advertising and promotional purposes worldwide in perpetuity, in any form of media including the Internet, without limitation and without additional compensation or consideration, permission or notification, unless prohibited by law. 7. PRIVACY: Information submitted by entrants in relation to the Contest is being collected by the Blue Jays and the Sponsor and will be available to both parties. All such information will be treated by the Sponsor in accordance with the Sponsor s privacy policy at expedia.ca/daily/enc4105/service/privacy.asp and by the Blue Jays in accordance with the Blue Jays Privacy Policy, available at The Sponsor s and the Blue Jays treatment of information is subject to entrants stated preferences from time to time. 8. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Entries are subject to verification by the Contest organizers. The Released Parties are not responsible, and may not be held liable, for printing or typographical errors in any Contest-related materials or for stolen, late, lost, damaged, garbled, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries (all of which entries shall be automatically void and not eligible for a prize). The Blue Jays, the Sponsor and their respective agents and representatives are not responsible for incorrect, inaccurate transcription or loss or delay of entry or prize reply information, or for any technical or human errors associated with the Contest. If, in the exclusive judgment of the Blue Jays and/or the Sponsor this Contest becomes compromised in

4 4 any way, the Blue Jays and/or the Sponsor reserves the right to withdraw the Contest, cancel any method of entry, void any entries submitted fraudulently (or suspected to have been submitted fraudulently), select entrants from all eligible entries received prior to the act that compromised the promotion, or otherwise modify or correct the promotion within its/their reasonable discretion. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Contest or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by the Blue Jays and the Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of this Contest is unlawful and may be subject to legal action by the Blue Jays and the Sponsor or their agents and representatives. Any person entering this Contest or trying to do so by any means which go against the intention of these Official Rules and which would be unfair to the other entrants will be automatically disqualified and the Blue Jays and the Sponsor reserve the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law - including criminal prosecution. The Blue Jays and the Sponsor shall have the sole right to disqualify any entrant for violation of these Official Rules or any applicable laws relating to the Contest, and to resolve all disputes in their sole discretion. The Released Parties (i) make no warranty, guarantee or representation of any kind concerning any prize, and (ii) disclaim any implied warranty to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Blue Jays and the Sponsor each reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the Contest, cancel any method of entry or void any entries submitted fraudulently should unauthorized human intervention, or other causes corrupt administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper operation of the Contest. In the event of cancellation, the Blue Jays and the Sponsor may elect to identify the winners and award the prizes by way of random drawing from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received up to the time of such cancellations. The Blue Jays and the Sponsor each reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, and without prior notice, to adjust any of the dates and/or timeframes stipulated in these Official Rules, to the extent necessary, for purposes of verifying compliance by any entrant or entry with these Official Rules, or as a result of any technical or other problems, or in light of any other circumstances which, in the opinion of the Blue Jays or Sponsor, as applicable, in its sole and absolute discretion, affect the proper administration of the Contest as contemplated in these Official Rules, or for any other reason. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of these Official Rules and disclosures or other statements contained in any Contestrelated materials, including, but not limited to, point of sale, television, print or online advertising, the terms and conditions of these Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control.

5 5 The Released Parties are not responsible for, and accept no liability in relation to, the Game being cancelled, postponed, delayed, rescheduled or otherwise affected in any way. 9.
