Field maintenance, imprvements and/r upgrades are the RESPONSIBILITY f the prgram and it s participants. 16 Eligibility Athletic participatin is a privilege, nt a right! Thse wh are interested in participatin must initiate the prcess as utlined belw. REGISTRATION & FORMS The student athlete is the participant and respnsible fr gathering, cmpleting and submitting registratin infrmatin n time t the Athletic Department. Physical Frm (must be cmpleted befre the 1 st day f tryut week) ACADEMIC ELIGIBILITY The Athletic Department will verify academic eligibility (Spring seasn nly) Every athlete is required t be enrlled and have a passing grade in at least 5 classes, ttaling 2.5 Carnegie units. 17 Eligibility Grade Checks Grade checks will be dne weekly and the student will have until 2:50pm n Friday t make any changes if they think their grade is nt crrect. Student must have a signature frm the teacher and turn it in t the Athletic Secretary, by 2:50pm n Friday fr any changes.
