Acquired: Selected first Round 2014 First-Year Player Draft FOR STARTERS Making his 25th career Major League start, his 26th appearance, and his 14th start at home his fourth start since being placed on the disabled list Aug. 5 with a left groin strain. Rookie southpaw is a native of Denver who graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School. Pitched collegiately at the University of Evansville in Southern Indiana drafted by Colorado in the first round of the 2014 First-Year Player Draft (eighth overall).
