WHAT S THE DIFF?: Chicago leads the National League and is third in the majors with a run differential of +90, trailing only Houston (+118) and Boston (+102) the Cubs 301 runs scored are second in the N.L. (Atlanta, 312), while their 211 runs allowed are second-fewest in the N.L. (Washington, 208) and third-fewest in the majors (Houston, 191). The Cubs were with a +21 run differential through May 6 since May 7, the Cubs have gone 18-9 with a +69 run differential, outscoring opponents during that stretch.
