3 Kevin Graf, Director of Public Relations: NOSO website has several updates Registrations online available for In-House Shirts, hoodies, shorts posted on website Was working with boy scout to work on Coca-Cola trailer o Boy scout no longer available o Trailer moveable? o Approach North Olmsted city about moving trailer Unable to assist o Contact companies to fix trailer o Fix before paint Challenger to come on Mondays o 4 hours to use per night o Start April 14 th May 18 th / May 19 th Could start as early as April 7 th o $200 a night up to 4 hours for at least 5 weeks o Rain days could reschedule with another coach o How should groups be scheduled? 5:30 6:00 Pre K 1 st 6:00 7:00 2 nd 4 th 7:00 8:00 11 years and up John Loftus and Ken Janosek, NOSO Cup: Registration for NOSO Cup has 10 teams blast to be sent out again Price change April 1 st Heather reviewing for sponsorship Need help with advertisement o Contact prior advertisement to see if they would like to advertise again Contacting Business of Commerce o blast to all local businesses for possible sponsorship Coaches reception to be handled by John Volunteers for registration night o Need an organizer o Beth to help with organizing Field Marshals o Collect game cards o Check-in o Balls are received o Call in scores o Referees are at fields Page 3 of 5

4 o One main field marshal plus additional volunteers to work in shifts o Spot checks for player cards, children on rosters o Instructions will be provided to field marshals Teams o Flyers to be given to travel directors to pass out to teams o Steve to forward to all travel directors around local cities o Handing out to travel teams NOSO plays against Next NOSO Cup meeting April 8th Matt Steinmetz Director of Fields: May have to order dirt o Will call and bill to NOSO North Olmsted City states will update bathrooms o NOSO to paint flooring or miracle stone flooring New signs on field o Numbers and possibly sponsors for advertisement Tammi to call North Olmsted to determine sign requirements 5 weeks of paint left o Paint may need to be ordered for remaining season o Will order in bulk, which the company will store and deliver when needed Bay teams to join NOSO Cup Tournament / NOSO to join Bay Cup Tournament Mike Rollins, Registrar: Registration dates are set up Online registration will not be set up for Spring 2014 session o Ohio North has advised not to add new players o PDF registration form can be ed NOSO registration set up at NORC NOSO In-House REC league will have one night game Forms need to be sent to school and NORC Flyers for school will be sent on Thursday o Steve to talk to Athletic Director of NOHS to get flyers to school quicker Steve Reyes, Boys Travel Director: Saturday, February 22 nd deadline for schedule changes o Boys Travel Contact Pete for field scheduling Page 4 of 5
