1 BALTIMORE ORIOLES GAME NOTES Oriole Park at Camden Yards 333 West Camden Street Baltimore, MD Sunday, May 7, 2017 Game #30 Home Game #14 Baltimore Orioles (19-10) vs. Chicago White Sox (15-14) RHP Chris Tillman (16-6, 3.77 in 2016) vs. LHP Jose Quintana (2-4, 4.10) HOME COOKIN : The Orioles own the second-best home record in the majors with a 10-3 (.769) mark They trail only the New York Yankees at 12-3 (.800) The Orioles continue a five-game homestand tonight and will host the Chicago White Sox (2-0) and Washington Nationals (two games). ONCE IN A LIFETIME: RHP Dylan Bundy earned the win on Saturday to improve to 5-1 with a 2.17 ERA in his first seven starts this season...according to the Elias Sports Bureau, only two other Orioles pitchers have won at least five of their first seven starts of a season with an ERA of 2.25 or lower since the club moved to Oriole Park at Camden Yards in Bundy joins LHP Jimmy Key in 1997 (6-0, 1.93) and RHP Josh Towers in 2001 (5-1, 1.64) Bundy is one of two current Orioles (on the 25-man roster) to be born after Oriole Park opened in April 1992 (Dylan Bundy, b. November 15, 1992 and Manny Machado, b. July 6, 1992). WORKIN 9 TO 5: 3B Manny Machado hit a solo home run in the 6-5 win against the Chicago White Sox on Saturday...Machado now has five home runs in his last nine games (since April 28)...According to the Elias Sports Bureau, the five home runs tie his career high for most home runs in a nine-game span.
