2 GET READY FOR THE EXPERIENCE OF A LIFETIME Game Day USA is proud to announce the 2014 Game Day USA All-Star Weekend Events Presented by DeMarini for BASEBALL and FAST PITCH SOFTBALL. These events honor standout baseball and softball players from throughout the United States and Canada. The two-day events feature opening ceremonies, parade of all-stars, All-Star game competition, individual sport performance evaluations, and our Wilson Skills Competition and DeMarini Home Run Derby. This is certain to be a memorable experience for all athletes and their families. All participants will be automatically invited to attend a Champions Day Celebration at a Major League Baseball parks. WHAT TO EXPECT Great facilities in various convenient locations Opening ceremonies and festivities All-Star Game Jersey Certificate of Achievement Championship Rings for Champions Wilson Skills Competition DeMarini Home Run Derby Individual Sport Performance Evaluation Skills Instruction 3 Games Guaranteed (weather permitting) Champions Day Invitation (MLB ballparks) Fast Pitch athletes will be honored at a Chicago Bandits event Baseball America Magazine Recognition - baseball Disney Tournament Team Opportunity baseball BASEBALL ALL-STARS All baseball participants will be honored in a fall issue of Baseball America, the #1 prospect publication in the world. Top baseball prospects will be selected to represent Game Day USA at a Disney Baseball event at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex in Florida in the winter of 2014.

3 about all-star weekend HOW DO PLAYERS QUALIFY Coach Nominations: Players can be nominated by their coach at any time via an online Nominatio Form. Coaches will also be provided Player Nomination Forms in their tournament packets which can be turned in at Game Day USA tournament check-in. Player of the Game MVP Program: Player of the Game MVP selectees at Game Day USA tournaments will receive a special award and qualify for All-Star Weekend events. Scout picks: Game Day USA staff and scouts will be selecting outstanding players throughout the spring and summer tournament season. TEAMS This two-day event features players from all over the United States and Canada. Our STARS will be assigned to teams by age and position. Players can choose to play with a relative or friend by utilizing our Buddy System during online registration. COACHES All-Star teams will be coached by volunteer coaches comprised of current travel team coaches. Coaches can volunteer for this event online in All-Star section of our website Volunteer to Coach. The event will begin with each player meeting their coach and teammates at our Team Get Together meetings held at the beginning of each event. COST Player Registration Fee: $99.00 (Subject to change after June 1, 2014) Fee includes: Includes All-Star game jersey, and all benefits listed ealier AGES Baseball 8U thru 15U (ages vary by location) Fast Pitch 8U thru 18U

4 OPENING CEREMONIES All STARS and teams will participate in our opening ceremonies which begins featuring a life lesson presentation along with our parade of STARS. SKILLS COMPETITION & HOME RUN DERBY STARS will participate in our Wilson Skills and DeMarini Home Run Derby competitions: - Road Runner - Golden Arm - Around The Horn - DeMarini Home Run Derby ALL-STAR GAME COMPETITION INDIVIDUAL SPORTS PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT STARS will compete on their teams in a three game guarantee tournament which includes pool and championship bracket games. Our intentions are for all of our STARS to get equal playing time during this event. All players will also receive an individual sport performance assessment along with skills instruction from our professional staff of high school and college coaches and former professional players.

5 AWARDS Each age group CHAMPION will receive championship rings and finalists will be awarded medals as their tournament awards. All age group champions and finalists will also receive awards in each Skills Competition category. GAME DAY USA DISNEY ALL-STAR TEAMS - BASEBALL During the entire tournament our Game Day USA scouts will be evaluating each player for top prospects to represent Game Day USA at a Disney Baseball event at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex in Florida December 28-31, GAME DAY FAST PITCH ALL-STARS AND CHICAGO BANDITS Our Fast Pitch Stars will be honored at a Chicago Bandits pre-game on field ceremony prior to the Chicago Bandits vs. Akron Racers game Aug 14, STARS will receive a complimentary ticket to the game.
