To show their appreciation for and recognize the commitment of their biggest supporters, the Yankees have created the New York Yankees Legacy Club. The Yankees will voluntarily supplement the ticket license plans of Full Season, 41-Game Plan and 20-Game Plan Ticket Licensees by offering, from time to time, complimentary benefits and experiences, such as Kids Run the Bases presented by Majestic and team store and Hard Rock Cafe Yankee Stadium discounts. Eligibility for any of the experiences and receipt of any of the benefits offered through the Legacy Club are based on ticket license plan and tenure. Legacy Club benefits and experiences within each membership increase the longer an individual or company remains a Licensee.

Said benefits and experiences, which may be changed, modified or canceled either during and/or after the conclusion of any Major League Baseball season, are subject to such other restrictions, terms and conditions as the Yankees shall deem appropriate. Such benefits and experiences are not necessarily exclusive to eligible Season Ticket Licensees, and each eligible Season Ticket Licensee acknowledges that the applicable ticket license was not acquired based upon or by reason of the prospective benefits and experiences that may be provided through the Legacy Club. The discontinuance and/or termination (either temporarily or permanently) of the Legacy Club and/or any of its benefits and experiences and/or the unavailability, change, modification and/or cancellation of any such benefits or experiences, as may be offered in the Yankees sole and absolute discretion, shall neither constitute a breach of the applicable ticket license, for which the eligible Season Ticket Licensee acknowledges that no consideration has been provided, nor entitle any eligible Season Ticket Licensee to any compensation, credits, rebates, refunds, make goods or any other consideration.
