A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. 1) CONTEST OPERATORS: The Budweiser / Boston Pizza Blue Jays VIP contest (the Contest ) is jointly administered and operated by Boston Pizza International Inc. ( Boston Pizza ), all Boston Pizza outlets in the province of Ontario (the Participating Boston Pizza Outlets ), and Labatt Breweries of Canada LP (collectively, the Contest Operators ). Rogers Blue Jays Baseball Partnership ( RBJBP ), owner of the Toronto Blue Jays Major League Baseball team (the Team ), is only a prize supplier in this Contest and RBJBP, the Team and the other MLB Entities are not responsible for the operation or administration of the Contest. ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open only to residents of the Province of Ontario who are at least nineteen (19) years of age as of July 28, Employees, officers and directors of the Contest Operators, franchisees of Participating Boston Pizza Outlet, RBJBP, the MLB Entities and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Contest, and the household members of any of the foregoing entities (whether or not related) are not eligible to participate in the Contest or win a Prize (as defined below). The Contest Operators shall have the right at any time to require proof of identity and/or eligibility to enter the Contest. Failure to provide such proof may result in disqualification. All personal and other information requested by and supplied for the purpose of the Contest must be truthful, complete, accurate and in no way misleading. The Contest Operators reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant should such an entrant at any stage supply untruthful, incomplete, inaccurate or misleading personal details and/or information. 2) HOW TO ENTER: The Contest entry period (the Entry Period ) begins at approximately 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time ( ET ) on July 28, 2014 and ends at 11:00 p.m. ET on August 24, There are two methods of entry for this Contest: a) During the Entry Period, visit a Participating Boston Pizza Outlet and obtain an entry ballot from your server with the purchase of a 473 ml can, a 341 ml bottle, or a 20 oz glass of Budweiser-branded beer. Submit the fully completed entry ballot to a server at the applicable Participating Boston Pizza Outlet during the Entry Period to be entered into the Contest. OR b) NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: Alternatively, you may enter the Contest by asking a server at any Participating Boston Pizza Outlet for an entry ballot, completing the entry ballot and submitting the completed entry ballot to a server at that Participating Boston Pizza Outlet during the Entry Period. Limit of one (1) entry per person per day, regardless of method of entry. In the case of multiple entries on any given day, only the first eligible entry for that day will be considered. By way of illustration, if one person submits entry ballots at multiple Participating Boston Pizza Outlets on the same day, only the first eligible entry will be considered. By entering this Contest, each entrant consents to the collection, use, and disclosure of his/her personal information for the purposes and in the manner described herein. Information submitted by entrants on the entry ballots is being collected by the Contest Operators and will be available - 1 -

Information will be treated by RBJBP in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at The treatment of information by the Contest Operators and RBJBP is subject to each entrant s stated preferences from time to time. 3) PRIZES: Forty (40) eligible entrants who are selected as potential winners in accordance with Section 5 and declared winners in accordance with section 6 (each, a Winner ) will each receive one standard prize, which consists of the following: (a) two (2) tickets to a luxury suite in the Rogers Centre stadium in Toronto (the Stadium ) for each of the Team s regular season home games scheduled to be played on Friday, September 12, 2014 and Saturday, September 13, 2014 (scheduled opponent: Tampa Bay Rays) (collectively, the Games ) for use by the Winner and one (1) guest who is at least nineteen (19) years of age as of September 12, 2014 (the Guest ); (b) one (1) standard double occupancy room for one (1) night at a hotel in Toronto, Ontario, to be determined by the Contest Operators in their sole discretion (the Hotel ); (c) opportunity for the Winner to watch the Team s batting practice prior to the start of one of the Games (to be determined by RBJBP in its sole discretion); (d) subject to availability, opportunity for the Winner and the Guest to meet a former Team player prior to the start of one of the Games (to be determined by RBJBP in its sole discretion); (e) Two (2) Team-branded replica jerseys; and (f) Two (2) Team-branded baseball caps (each, a Standard Prize ). The estimated retail value ( ERV ) of each Standard Prize is CDN $2,000. Ceremonial First Pitch Prize: One (1) of the forty (40) Winners will be randomly selected to throw out the ceremonial first pitch of the Game scheduled to be played on Friday, September 12, 2014 (the Ceremonial First Pitch Prize ). The ERV of the Ceremonial First Pitch Prize is CDN $0. In-The-Action Prizes: Two (2) of the forty (40) Winners will be randomly selected to be entitled to sit in the Stadium s In-The-Action seats with their Guests to watch the Game scheduled to be played on Friday, September 12, 2014 (each, a In-The-Action Prize ). The ERV of each In-The- Action Prize is CDN $420. The Standard Prize, the Ceremonial First Pitch Prize and the In-The-Action Prize are hereinafter collectively referred to as the Prizes. 4) PRIZE CONDITIONS: Each Prize must be accepted as awarded and may not be transferred, assigned, or redeemed for cash except at the Contest Operators sole and absolute discretion. The Contest Operators reserve the right to substitute a Prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value at their sole and absolute discretion, for whatever the reason. The Prizes may not be exactly as advertised, and except as expressly warranted herein, the Prizes are provided as is without further warranty of any kind. All Prize details, including the opportunity to watch the Team s batting practice and to meet a former Team player prior to the start of a Game, will be determined in the sole discretion of the Contest Operators and RBJBP. Should a Winner and his/her Guest be unable to attend the Games, the Prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate Winner, at the sole discretion of the Contest Operators. Any and all additional costs and expenses associated with Prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided including but not limited to costs arising from travel/transportation (including transportation between the Winner s residence and the Hotel and between the Hotel and the Stadium), meals, gratuities and other expenses incurred by the Winners (and their Guests) in claiming, accepting and/or using the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Winners. Major League Baseball game, event and exhibition dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball and/or RBJBP, as applicable, and may be subject to change. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as part of any Prize will govern in the event a legal game, event or exhibition, as defined by Major League Baseball, is not played due to weather conditions, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance or any other reason. Each entrant agrees on behalf of the entrant and the entrant s guest to comply with all applicable stadium regulations in connection with any tickets awarded as part of a Prize. The Office of the Commissioner of Baseball ( BOC ), its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P. ( MLBAM ), Major League Baseball Enterprises, Inc., Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., the Major League Baseball Clubs ( Clubs ), each of their parent, subsidiary, affiliated and related entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Clubs or the BOC, and the owners, general and limited partners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees and agents of the foregoing entities (collectively, the MLB Entities ) reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to any Winner and/or Guest who engages in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the game, event or exhibition. The Released Parties (defined below) will not be responsible for Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural disaster outside their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any Major League Baseball game, event or exhibition. Major League Baseball game, event and exhibition tickets awarded as part of a Prize may not be resold or offered for resale, nor may any experiential components forming part of a Prize. Any such resale may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture, and may invalidate the license granted by the game ticket(s). 5) RANDOM DRAW: At approximately 11:00 a.m. ET on or about August 29, 2014 at 1 City Centre Drive, Suite 708, Mississauga, Ontario, a Contest Operator representative, or other person designated by the Contest Operators will select by random draw forty (40) potential winners from all eligible entries received. These forty (40) potential winners will be contacted by telephone and/or at the telephone number or address indicated on their entry ballots within two (2) days of the draw. If a potential winner cannot be reached within one (1) day of the first notification attempt, incorrectly answers the skill testing question (described in more detail below), as determined by the Contest Operators in their sole discretion, or declines the Prize for any reason, he/she will be disqualified, the Prize will be forfeited and, at the Contest Operators discretion and time permitting, an alternate potential winner may be selected at random from among remaining eligible entries. Odds of winning a Standard Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received by the Participating Boston Pizza Outlets in the aggregate. Odds of a Standard Prize Winner winning the Ceremonial First Pitch Prize are 1:40. Odds of a Standard Prize Winner winning an In-The-Action Prize are 1:

4 6) DECLARING A WINNER: To be declared a Winner and claim a Prize, each potential winner must (i) be eligible according to these Official Rules, (ii) correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a time limited mathematical skill testing question which will be administered by telephone at a mutually agreeable time, and (iii) sign a duly completed Liability and Publicity Release form, except where prohibited by law, and return same to the Contest Operators by the date specified on the form. The Liability and Publicity Release Form requires a potential winner to confirm acceptance of the Prize as awarded, eligibility to participate in this Contest and compliance with these Official Rules and to release the Contest Operators, RBJBP, the other MLB Entities, and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, divisions, dealers, retailers, printers and advertising and promotional agencies, any and all other companies associated with this Contest, and all of their respective employees, directors, officers, shareholders, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, the Released Parties ) from any liability and damages which could arise out of or in any way related to the Contest and from the awarding, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of the Prize (or any portion thereof) or any travel or activity that is related to the receipt or use of the Prize. If all required documents are not properly executed and returned within the specified period of time, or the potential winner otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, a disqualification will result and the Prize will be forfeited and, at the Contest Operators sole discretion and time permitting, an alternate potential winner may be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries. Refusal or return of such documents as nondeliverable or potential winner s noncompliance with these Official Rules will also result in disqualification and, at the Contest Operators sole discretion and time permitting, may cause an alternate potential winner to be chosen from among all remaining eligible entries. The Winner s Guest must sign a duly completed Liability and Publicity Release form and, except where prohibited by law, and return same to the Contest Operators by the date specified. Each Prize will be distributed on or before September 12, 2014, provided the Winner has fulfilled the foregoing requirements. 7) WAIVER OF LIABILITY/PUBLICITY RELEASE: By participating in the Contest and submitting an entry, each entrant agrees (i) to be bound by these Official Rules, including all entry requirements, (ii) that the decisions of the Contest Operators or RBJBP, as applicable, are final and without appeal, and (iii) to waive any and all claims against the Released Parties and Facebook, Inc. ( Facebook ) for any injury, damage or loss that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the participation in the Contest or from the receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of the Prize (or any portion thereof) or any travel or activity that is related to the receipt or use of the Prize. By acceptance of the Prize, each Winner authorizes the Contest Operators, RBJBP, MLBAM and each of their respective designees to use in any related publicity, such Winner s name, photograph, image, any statements they may make regarding the Prize, city and province of residence, likeness and/or voice for advertising and promotional purposes worldwide in perpetuity and in any form of media now or hereafter devised worldwide (including the Internet), without limitation and without additional compensation or consideration, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law. 8) GENERAL CONTEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS: The Released Parties are not responsible for stolen, late, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, misdirected, lost, misrouted, scrambled, damaged, delayed, undelivered, mutilated, or garbled entries; printing, typographical or other errors appearing within these Official Rules, in any Contest-related advertisements or other materials; or any other errors, problems or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, network, computer, telephone, mail, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Contest, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Contest, the processing of entries, the announcement of the Prize or in any Contest-related materials, or the cancellation or postponement of any Major League Baseball game, event or exhibition. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking, or by - 4 -

5 any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Contest or downloading materials from or use of a website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Contest or website or attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest by cheating, deception or other unfair playing practices, or intend to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrant or the Contest Operators representatives or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by the Contest Operators, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of this Contest is unlawful and subject to legal action by the Contest Operators, RBJBP and/or their respective agents. The Contest Operators shall have the sole right to disqualify any contestant for violation of these Official Rules or any applicable laws relating to the Contest, and to resolve all disputes in their sole discretion. Released Parties (i) make no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind concerning any prize, and (ii) disclaim any implied warranty. The failure of the Contest Operators to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. All disputes will be resolved in the Province of Ontario under applicable Ontario and Federal laws. The Contest Operators reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, suspend or otherwise modify the Contest (or any portion thereof) for any reason, including, but not limited to incidents where a virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper operation of the Contest (or any portion thereof). In the event of cancellation, the Contest Operators may elect to identify winners and award the Prizes by way of random drawing from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received up to the time of such cancellation. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS CONTEST OR UNDERMINE THE CONTENT OR LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, CONTEST OPERATORS WILL DISQUALIFY ANY SUCH ENTRANT, AND THE CONTEST OPERATORS, RBJBP, MLBAM AND/OR THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING LEGAL FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY PERSON OR PERSONS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
