2 "THERE IS BUT ONE GAME AND THAT GAME IS BASEBALL." JOHN MCGRAW Dear Future Sponsor: Daphne Dixie Youth Baseball (DDYB) is a volunteer led and operated non-profit youth sports organization. We are committed to providing boys and girls in Daphne an opportunity to learn the game of baseball. Our goal is to create environments where we are able to attract, develop, and produce better baseball players, and teach positive life skills. One way our parents and volunteers support the DDYB is the investment in the upkeep of the fields and operation of the park, but our organization and baseball programs could not exist without the additional support of our sponsors and advertisers. For example, we make every effort to keep registration fees at an affordable level. However, there are occasions where families need assistance in order to afford the registration fees, and we do our best to make those scholarships available. This year we have designed a sponsorship program to further our mission of providing a top quality baseball experience for the children of Daphne and provide our sponsors a better return on your investment. For example we have three (3) sponsorship levels: Gold, Silver, and Bronze. This year we are again making available the naming rights for each of our four (4) playing fields. So as a Gold Sponsor, your company would receive a custom 4 ft x 12 ft centerfield banner that would read similar to this: ABC Company Field at Lott Park. We are also adding an additional perk for our Gold Sponsors by providing a 6 ft x 8 ft Grand Stand Billboard facing the entrance of Lott Park. This year every sponsor will be included in our 2013 Sponsorship Guide (Online and Print Editions). You may choose to offer a special coupon, discount, or offer to participants and parents of DDYB. If you would like to create a specific DDYB event such as a DDYB Night at your business, please contact us for scheduling options. We have also included additional information detailing the Gold, Silver, and Bronze level sponsorships. As a DDYB Sponsor, you are helping create a better baseball experience at Lott Park.
