1 Ware County Recreation Department 1507 Grove Avenue Waycross, Ga Fax INVITATION TO BID ATHLETIC SHIRTS, JERSEYS AND EQUIPMENT Sealed Bids will be received by the Ware County Commission Office, located at the Ware County Courthouse, 800 Church St, Suite 223, Waycross, GA until 10:30 a.m. (EST) on May 30, Bid Specification Description: The Ware County Recreation Department is requesting bids for Athletic Shirts, Jerseys and Equipment. Questions regarding the scope of the project should be directed to the Ware County Recreation Director Rod Mitchell, (912) Questions regarding bid submittal or process should be directed to Elizabeth Hope (912) SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS All bids must be signed by an authorized representative of the company with the legal capacity to bind the company to the agreement. Bids may be withdrawn up to the date and hour set for opening. Once bids have been accepted by the Ware County Recreation Department and opening time has passed, failure to enter into contract or honor the purchase order will be cause for removal of supplier s name from the Ware County Recreation Department s bidders list for a period of twelve months from the date of the opening. Bid prices must be held firm for the period of the contract. All bids must be labeled as Ware County Recreation Athletic Equipment Bidders must be properly licensed and secure necessary permits wherever applicable. Bids will not be considered from any vendor who cannot bid on at least 50% of the listed items.

2 Preservation of Rights: The Owner reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and waive all minor technicalities, informalities, and irregularities. The Owner reserves the right to accept the bid, which in the judgment of the Owner, is in his best interest. The Ware County Board of Commissioners is the sole determiner of a qualified bidder and may request other information sufficient to determine bidder's ability to meet these minimum standards listed above. Request for information contained in this section may also occur at any time during the effective period of this Contract, or any extension/renewal thereof. Termination of Contract: The Ware County Board of Commissioners may, at any time they deem necessary, terminate this agreement with thirty (30) calendar days written notice. Freight Terms: Unless otherwise noted, all freight and shipping must be prepaid. All freight charges must be included in prices submitted on proposal. Discounts: Any discounts allowed for prompt payment, etc., must be reflected in bid figures and not entered as separate pricing on the proposal form. 2
