Hey Jr. Jays! The weather is getting warmer and that means that summer is just around the corner!

TM Our Jr. Jays Saturdays Outdoor Program is now running each Saturday home game, from June through August.

2 Hey Jr. Jays! The weather is getting warmer and that means that summer is just around the corner! There are lots of activities going on here at Rogers Centre this month, so be sure to read this newsletter for all of the details. Upcoming home games include series against the Baltimore Orioles (June 9-12) and the Philadelphia Phillies (June 13-14). TM Our Jr. Jays Saturdays Outdoor Program is now running each Saturday home game, from June through August. Be sure to get here early to participate! There are lots of fun activities to do and prizes to be won! TM And don t forget, as a member of the 2016 Jr. Jays Club, you receive Front of the Line access to Run the Bases! It s your chance to Run the Bases just like the pros do!

5 Run the Bases! Members of the 2016 Jr. Jays Club have the exciting members-only benefit of getting Front of the Line access to Run the Bases on Jr. Jays Saturdays here at the Rogers Centre. RUN THE BASES Please see below for important information that you will need to secure your place in line. he lineup for Front of the Line access opens during the top of the 8th inning and runs through to T 20 minutes immediately following the end of the ballgame. Please note: If you happen to miss this lineup, don t worry! You will still be able to run the bases with the rest of the kids that day in our general public lineup at Section 108 Please check in with a Blue JaysTM Staff Member at the ramp by Section 105 r. Although he rotates positions on his teams, he loves to play short stop and second base. Christian s favourite player is Ryan Goins and loves watching him make cool plays on the field.

Congratulations to the following Jr. Jays Club members who are the lucky recipients of Starting lineup spots, a first pitch and an autographed jersey. Congratulations to 10-year-old Christian from Guelph, ON who joined us to throw out the first pitch on Saturday, May 28! Christian absolutely loves baseball and plays in 2 different baseball leagues. Although he rotates positions on his teams, he loves to play short stop and second base. Christian s favourite player is Ryan Goins and loves watching him make cool plays on the field. Congratulations to 9-year-old Emilie who was the lucky winner of an Aaron Sanchez autographed jersey! Emilie lives in New Brunswick and travelled all the way to Toronto to see her first Blue Jays game on May 27! Her favourite player is Russell Martin and loves watching him and the rest of the Blue Jays because they are a lot of fun! Thanks to 11-year-old Alyssa who will join us as a member of the Starting Lineup on Saturday, June 11. Alyssa s favourite player is Justin Smoak! She loves the Blue Jays because it is her family s team and she has grown up always being a big fan. Congratulations, Alyssa!

7 Around the Ballpark Commemorative Jose Bautista Trading Card presented by Topps Giveaway On Thursday, June 9, 15,000 fans exiting Rogers Centre after the game will receive a commemorative Jose Bautista Trading Card presented by Topps. Country Day Presented by TD Come on down to the ballpark for Country Day presented by TD on Sunday, June 12. Make sure you get here early because the first 20,000 fans will receive a Blue Jays Plaid Hat presented by TD upon entrance. Swing into Summer Safety On June 14, the Blue Jays will host Swing into Summer Safety Day at the Rogers Centre. A joint initiative between the Ontario Fire Safety Council and the Blue Jays designed to help educate children and youth regarding fire safety. The first 25,000 fans will receive a 2016 Blue Jays Team Card Set sets of baseball cards with fire safety tips upon entrance to the game, by local firefighters from Toronto Fire Services. Edwing Shirt Presented by Pinty s Giveaway Day On June 22, the first 15,000 fans will receive an Edwing Shirt presented by Pinty s upon entrance. Jr. Jays Saturdays There s a lot to do on Jr. Jays Saturdays presented by Boston Pizza! Our indoor Jr. Jays zones open at 11 a.m. and run up until the 8th inning. Visit the 100, 200 or 500 levels for different games and fun activities to take part in. Starting on June 11 through to August 27, our outdoor activation zone located outside Gate 10/11 runs from 11 a.m. until first pitch. Come down to the ballpark early to pay on our inflatables and enjoy all of the pregame festivities outside!
