6 Treasurer Update Amy Miller Current Balance: $2,446 Christmas Tree Fundraiser Net - $10, Income - $23, Expenses - $12, Expenses paid for since last meeting: Remaining LISCO from last year - $2,414 Varsity Cream Uniforms $4,665 Mound and home plate rebuilt $1,200 Padding for cages $665 Fence topper $776 KMAC - $1,500 of $2,946 total (Balance $1446) Spring Spirit wear (approved $3,000 have spent $2,350 with a few items left to pay for)

9 Concessions Jenelle Hatch Lots of Volunteers Needed Each Family Must Work the Concession Stand TWO times! You do not have to work while your child is playing there are opportunities at tournaments and the other two teams games. Look out for the sign-up link in the next few days and sign up fast for the best slots! Anyone willing to do grilling at the games please let me know and I ll let you take it over! Looking for a major sponsor for a new batting practice home plate cage ($4,000) We have about 500 feet of yellow plastic tubing we need to install on the top of the outfield fence; May require a few people with ladders to install in a couple of hours this coming Saturday - please watch your

13 Hospitality/PR Tricia Korioth Responsible for game day coordination of the fan experience for varsity district home games First pitch candidates/national anthem singers Theme nights elementary school night, middle school night, senior night, etc. Game day raffles/prizes/in-between inning activities Hanging/removing varsity player banners before/after each home game Looking for 2-3 volunteers to help brainstorm, coordinate with area schools LWBE, River Ridge, Steiner Elementary, Canyon Ridge Middle School, River Place Elementary and Four Points Middle School help with hanging/removing banners and reaching out to local businesses for raffle prizes and between-inning giveaways!
