FOX, ESPN Radio ROSTER MOVE Following yesterday s game, the Rays optioned RH Chih-Wei Hu to Triple-A Durham and acquired LH Hoby Milner from the Phillies for cash considerations to make room on the 40-man roster, RH Ryan Weber was designated for assignment Milner pitched to a 7.71 ERA (4.2-IP, 4-ER) in 10 apps over two stints with the Phillies this season (Opening Day April 20, July 9), but yielded 3 R/ER in 0.2 IP in his last app, April 18 at ATL, to increase his season ERA from 2.25 he has a 2.75 ERA (36-IP, 11-ER) in 47 apps over two seasons in the majors.
