The Rockies have won three consecutive games for the first time since a six-game winning streak June WHEN'S COMIC-CON? The Rockies hold a 7-4 edge over the Padres this season have won four straight and six of seven after dropping three of the first four to San Diego in 2017 have won at least five straight games vs. the Padres twice in franchise history (last: 6 games, April 5-14, 2013). LEADERSHIP Nolan Arenado is tied for second in the Majors and tied for first in the National League with 73 RBI he is tied for the top spot in the Majors with teammate Charlie Blackmon with 53 extra-base hits is tied for first in MLB with 30 doubles. Arenado is batting.344 (21-for-61) since June 27, hitting safely in 13 of 15 games. FLYING DUTCHMAN Greg Holland s 30 saves are the most in Major League Baseball and tied for the ninth-most in franchise history in a single season they are the most since Rafael Betancourt recorded 31 saves in Holland is the seventh different Rockies pitcher to attain 30 or more saves in a single season with the mark being reached nine times in franchise history. Acquired: Selected in First Round (3rd) of 2013 Draft BACK WHERE YOU BELONG Colorado s 2013 first-round draft pick, out of the University of Oklahoma. Returned to the rotation on June 30 after being put on the 10-day disabled list on April 14 with a broken bone in his left foot. 25-year-old was active on an Opening Day roster for the first time in his career after beginning 2016 on the 15-day disabled list with an abdominal strain. Ranked second among Rockies starters in 2016 with 16 quality starts (Chad Bettis with 17) the 16 quality starts were a Rockies single-season rookie record. LAST TIME OUT Started the Rockies first game after the All-Star break, July 14 at New York-NL allowed eight runs on nine hits with three walks and one strikeout allowed two runs in the second inning and six in the third inning was removed in the third inning without recording an out. The eight runs are tied for the second-most allowed in his career 2.0 innings pitched the second-shortest start of his career.
