Conner Menez (2-1, 2.76 ERA) is slated to make the start on the mound for San Jose tonight. Extra-Inning Setback The Giants suffered an 8-7, 10-inning loss to Lancaster last night San Jose s first extra-inning loss this season (5-1 record). With the defeat, San Jose settled for a split of the four-game series against the JetHawks. Home Cooking The Giants are 12-7 at Municipal Stadium this season the best home record in the league. San Jose has won five out of their 12 home games in walk-off fashion and has yet to lose back-toback games at Muni this year. The Giants have also not lost a home series this season. San Jose possesses a sparkling team ERA of 2.81 at home (4.32 on the road). Familiar Opponent Tonight is the 11th of 30 meetings this season between San Jose and Modesto.
