3 Premier Baseball of Texas Premier Baseball of Texas is not only dedicated to the development of baseball skills but also the development of character, coaching and empowering players to reach their full potential both on and off the field. Our mission is to ensure every player is fundamentally prepared to play their best while reinforcing the principles of sportsmanship, work ethic, teamwork and a host of valuable life lessons that go with them far beyond the baseball field. We accomplish these goals through the recognition of excellence, positive coaching in a highly competitive environment and by placing a strong emphasis on team. In fact, our players and coaches respect the importance of teamwork so much so that we place it as the highest priority of our organizational behavior. We are confident that every player coming to the Premier Baseball of Texas program will have had an opportunity to craft and develop their skills in baseball as well as their life skills. Premier Coaches consistently reinforce the importance of positive attitude, effort, self-confidence and respect. 6 III. DST Our Team Dynamic Sports Training was founded in 2008 by Lee Fiocchi. Since that time, DST has grown into an elite training agency with two locations in the Houston area. DST provides worldclass athletic development and sports training to professional, collegiate, and youth athletes in every sport. Our training staff has developed processes that allow us to assess our athletes physical, mental, and nutritional states in order to equip each and every athlete with exactly what they need for their sport and position. Whether it is strength, speed, flexibility, explosiveness, endurance, injury prevention, or any other goal, our team has the capability of helping our athletes realize their goals. 7 III. DST (Cont.) Our Assessment Process At DST, we re firm believers that no two athletes are the same. For this reason, we take ALL of our athletes through a comprehensive evaluation to find their strengths, weaknesses, inefficiencies, and more. Our assessment consists of: Body Composition Testing Full Bio-mechanical Evaluation Setting Goals and Evaluating Mental Mindset Nutritional Assessment Our assessment process allows us to create a customized workout program and nutrition plan that s tailored to each athlete s specific long-term and short-term goals. The assessment is the cornerstone of our athletic development process and is of the utmost importance for any athlete seeking elite athletic development. Our Training After our athletes have been evaluated, our trainers create athletic development programs for them based on their specific goals and needs. Since our training is very athlete-specific, our training programs will always vary, but our approach is consistent. We always ensure a strong foundation has been set 7

This can include the re-education of muscles and their firing patterns, learning (or re-learning) proper techniques, increasing range of motion(s) and flexibility, and loosening and opening up tight muscle groups. Once a strong and safe foundation has been set, our athletes get to work on their programs which have been built specifically for them with the purpose of translating to on-the-field 8

14 IX. Premier Baseball Policies Agreement Appropriate covered footwear & a Premier Baseball of Texas approved shirt must be worn at all times while in the facility. Memberships are not refundable or transferable. All weights, baseballs and equipment must be put back after use. Photo ID cards (ie: student card or driver s license) must be carried and shown up on request. Shared facility access with a non-member will result in forfeiture of membership effective immediately. Each member must respect other facility users and behave in an appropriate manner at all times. Premier Baseball of Texas, LLC. Staff reserves the right to rescind the rights of members not complying with the terms and conditions of the membership. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times within the facility. All batters must wear a helmet while in the cages.
