Acquired: Selected in First Round (3rd) of 2013 Draft BACK WHERE YOU BELONG Colorado s 2013 first-round draft pick, out of the University of Oklahoma. Returned to the rotation on June 30 after being put on the 10-day disabled list on April 14 with a broken bone in his left foot. 25-year-old was active on an Opening Day roster for the first time in his career after beginning 2016 on the 15-day disabled list with an abdominal strain. Ranked second among Rockies starters in 2016 with 16 quality starts (Chad Bettis with 17) the 16 quality starts were a Rockies single-season rookie record. LAST TIME OUT Earned the win against the Padres in an 18-4 Rockies victory at Coors Field on July 19 pitched a season-high tying six innings, allowing four runs on seven hits with two walks and seven strikeouts. Allowed all four runs in the sixth inning, including a three-run home run to Spangenberg his third home run allowed this season.
