Before the trading began, the Pirates recalled Indians P Daniel McCutchen after designating INF/OF Drew Sutton for assignment... They then traded Indianapolis OF Gorkys ernandez and their 2013 competitive balance lottery selection to the Miami Marlins for INF Gaby Sanchez and Minor League pitcher Kyle Kaminska... Finally, the Pirates finished off the deadline by trading INF Casey McGehee and cash considerations to the New York Yankees for right handed reliever Chad Qualls TIBE TENDS: With their win in last night s contest, the Indians extended their lead over Columbus to nine games in the International League s West division... Last night was also the Indians 40th win at home this season... The Tribe last won 40 home games in 2006 when they went overall at Victory Field TONIGT S TIBE STATE: P Chris Leroux makes his 16th appearance -- and just his second start -- for Indianapolis... Leroux is 1-0 with a 2.70 EA for the Indians... e also made one tune-up start for the Class-A Bradenton Marauders, taking a loss on 3.0 innings, two hits, one earned run, one walk and two strikeouts... Leroux will be starting back-to-back outings for the first time since 2006, his first year in professional baseball... Leroux was stellar in his previous start, 7/26 against Pawtucket, picking up his first win in a professional start while tossing 5.0 shutout innings and allowing just three hits and one walk, striking out three ed Sox batters TONIGT S BINS STATE: P Collin Mcugh toes the rubber in his ninth start of the season for Buffalo... With the Bisons, Mcugh is 1-3 with a 3.86 EA... Mcugh also made 12 starts for Double-A Binghamton, going 5-5 with a 2.41 EA, and is 6-8 overall in 2012 with a 2.95 combined EA... In his most recent start, 7/25 at Louisville, Mcugh took a no decision on 6.2 shutout innings, allowing five hits and a lone walk while striking out six strikeouts... Mcugh has never faced the Indians YAMAICO ME CAZY: LF Yamaico Navarro went 2-for-3 with a double, a home run, two BI and a run scored in Monday night s win... The double was Navarro s 11th with the Indians, while the home run was his sixth... Navarro has reached base safely in 11 straight games, batting.286 (10-for-35) with four doubles, two home runs, four BI and five runs while also drawing six walks during that stretch...
