1 The Network of Networks 3M Add-on Terminal 4220P Family The 3M Add-on Terminal 4220P Family provides a flexible expansion alternative for adding up to 900 additional pair to either the left or right end of an existing live cross-connect cabinet. The enclosure will provide additional cross-connect capacity without having to retrofit or replace the existing cabinet. The 3M Add-On Terminals have a powder-coated steel housing and are loaded with 3M Quick Connect System (QCS) 2810 Blocks. The blocks are equipped with either 3M MS 2 Splicing Modules or 3M 710 Splicing Modules and tail lengths of up to 114 inches. The 3M Add-on Terminals 4220P are designed to be mounted to a 3M Cross-Connect Cabinet. The 3M Add-on Terminals 4220PF and 4220PFCM are designed to be mounted to an existing 40-type cabinet. Has enough space behind the block frame that splicing can be accommodated within the unit itself or harnesses routed for splicing into the host cabinet. The optional 3M Jumper Trough is available and provides a uniform jumper path between the 3M Add-on Terminal 4220PF and the host 40-type cabinet. *This feature is for 4220PF models only. 3M Add-on Terminal 4220P-QCSHC/900
