4 Proposed Truck Routes 96 Avenue Recently designated as truck route west of Highway Avenue On TransLink s Major Road Network; required to be truck route to Langley border 192 Street Will be designated truck route when full movement interchange with Highway 1 is constructed Designation will be from Highway 1 south to 88 Avenue and potentially extend to Fraser Highway Within the Anniedale and Tynehead neighbourhoods, Arterials and Collectors connecting to Commercial and Industrial areas will be used relatively frequently by heavy vehicles to legitimately depart and return to designated truck routes:

5 Proposed Transit Network Route 388: 88 Avenue via 96 Avenue Existing services to be re-routed to travel along 96 Avenue Route 396 : 96 Ave nue via 88 Avenue Revised proposed South of Fraser Area Transit Plan (SoFA) routing to use existing roads Route N-C25: 188 Street via 94 Avenue The SoFA plan identified a community/local route that connects Anniedale and the Walnut Grove transit exchange in Langley It is suggested this route be modified to provide service between Tynehead, Clayton, and Cloverdale Route 501: Surrey Central to Langley Centre, BRT Revised SoFA routing to reflect the future construction of a highway underpass at Barnston Drive Route 392 : 192 Street via 92 Avenue A new express route is proposed by the City from Langley Town Centre to Guildford or City Centre that runs through heart of East Clayton and Anniedale, and offers express service via Highway 1. Note: actual routing of future transit services will ultimately be selected and implemented by TransLink and Coast Mountain Bus Company in consultation with the City of Surrey. Timing of provision of these services will also be controlled by TransLink but generally would follow neighbourhood redevelopment after thresholds for anticipated ridership are met.

6 Proposed Cycling Network The City s road cross-section requirements for all new Arterials and Collector roadways includes marked bicycle lanes. On-street bicycle lanes on major roads will be complemented with local street routes, off-street multi-use paths and Greenways. Key off-street routes proposed are: An extension of the Green Timbers Greenway located on the existing utility Right-of- Way available just south of 96 Avenue / Golden Ears Way The Port Kells Greenway, which will connect Anniedale to Port Kells Village, East Clayton, and Campbell Heights 92 Avenue in the Tynehead neighbourhood North-south connection between the commercial centre in Tynehead to 92 Avenue Off-street path on the 93A Overpass North-south path east of Highway 15 between Golden Ears Way and the local street just south of 92 Avenue, continuing east to 180 Street
