1 Spain Cycling Trip 2018 Palma, Mallorca, Spain TRIP No. 1 - APRIL 7-15, 2018 TRIP No. 2 - APRIL 21-29, 2018 Parvilla Cycles is once again pleased to announce that we will be hosting our annual cycling vacation to Palma on the Island of Mallorca in 2018 in association with Fred Rompelberg Tours. Due to demand, 2018 will have the option of two dates to select from during the month of April. As in the past, the 2018 trips will be initially offered to previous attendees, Parvilla Preferred Customers and members of the ABRT cycling team before being open to the general public. Each trip will require a minimum of 10 and will max at 20 so if you have a preference, don t wait too long to book as 2017 sold out in late July. The camp will be based out of Apartmentos Jade, a 3 star hotel located 2 blocks off the beach and minutes from the Palma airport. It offers American styled double occupancy rooms with a joining kitchenette and living room and a balcony with views of the Mediterranean. Breakfast and dinner are included and the food is excellent and abundant! The hotel is minutes from the beach boardwalk and dozens of pubs and restaurants. Ride, shop, walk, it is all right at your doorstep. The cycling on the island is nothing but the best we have ever seen anywhere in such a small area and why this will mark our 8th trip. Daily rides of 30, 60 and 85 miles with ocean views in nearly every direction include flat riding, rolling hills to great climbs and descents it is like riding a Grand Fondo every day! Stunning, beautiful and amazing the trip of a lifetime! All levels of cycling experience can enjoy this spectacular venue! So, make plans for the most rewarding and memorable trip of your life!

2 Payment Pricing includes airport transfers, hotel accommodations and meals over the camp dates. Pricing does NOT include bike rentals, alcohol or additional hotel nights outside of the camp dates. Hotel rates are based on double occupancy. Single occupancy is available but limited and at additional expense. If you plan to go solo, you will be sharing an apartment with someone of the same gender. Couples will be housed together unless specifically told otherwise. Standard Price per person after September 15, 2017 $950 Standard pricing must be Paid in Full with completed application. You will be required to pay approximately 100 Euros at check-in on Saturday if you rent a bike. Rental period is from Saturday afternoon through the following Saturday evening. Rental bikes are carbon Fuji frames w/carbon fork and equipped with Shimano Ultegra components and work very well. Rental payment can be made in cash or credit cards. You will also be required to put a 20 Euros deposit down for bike lock, seat bag, pump and bike computer. This will be 100% refunded when you return your bike at the end of the week. CAMP DATES: We are offering 2 different weeks this year. A minimum of 10 people will be required to confirm each week. If we do not get a minimum of 10 applications for both weeks by Sept 15, the two trips will be combined into the April dates. Please select your preference. TRIP No. 1 - APRIL 7-15, 2018 TRIP No. 2 - APRIL 21-29, 2018 Attendees will need to make their own flight arrangements to arrive in Palma de Mallorca, Spain at approx. noon on Saturday, April 7 for Trip No 1 and Saturday, April 21 for Trip No 2. and be prepared to leave by noon on the respective following Sunday. Anyone wanting to arrive before or leave after their selected camp dates MUST make their own hotel arrangements for the additional days. I would highly suggest that you do this early as April is very busy on the island!

5 Waiver of Liability The Undersigned, desiring to participate in the activities, programs, promoted and/or facilitated by Parvilla Cycle and Multisport, hereby agrees to assume any and all liability for the undersigned s acts or missions in the course of the activity participated in by the undersigned, and further relieves Parvilla Cycle and Multisport, its officers, Board of Directors, agents, and any and all other persons associated with or operating through Parvilla Cycle and Multisport of and from any and all liability for injuries occurring in the Continental United States or outside of the Continental United States, and agrees to indemnify and hold Parvilla Cycle and Multisport, its officers, Board of Directors, and agents harmless for any and all damages or injuries which may be caused by the undersigned in the course of participating in activities sponsored, promoted, or participated in Parvilla Cycle and Multisport.
