RU ew York A UIVERSITY TRASITIO Columbia A FIISH DISTACE IS 1/2 MILE: Exit the parking lot, turn right on 16th Street, make a U-turn at Kansas Avenue and come back to 16th Street, make right on 16th and return to the bike transition area at the Palm Harbor Y. RU Pennsylvania DISTACE A IS 1/4 MILE: Exit the bike transition area, follow the red runner signs and arrows in the Y parking lot and proceed to the finish line. Turn right on 16th, then at the corner of Kansas and 16th, make a U-turn. Proceed up 16th Street to the Y parking lot, and walk the bike back into transition. RU DISTACE IS 1/4 MILE: Exit transition area, turn right by the red runner signs, follow arrows to the finish line.

DISTACE IS 2 MILES: Walk your bike out of transition to 16th Street. Turn left onto 16th, right on Pennsylvania Avenue, left on 14th Street, left on Indiana Avenue, left on 18th Street, and go to the end of the street. Make a U-turn, then turn right onto Pennsylvania, right on 16th and back to the Y parking lot. Walk bike back into transition. RU DISTACE IS 1/2 MILE: Exit the transition area, turn right on 16th Street. Go to the end of the street, round the cone and go back through the Y parking lot (following the arrows) to the finish line.

DISTACE IS 4 MILES: Walk your bike out of transition to 16th Street. Turn left onto 16th, then right onto Pennsylvania Avenue, left on 14th Street, left on Indiana Avenue, left on 18th Street and go to the end of the street. Make a U-turn, then make a right onto Pennsylvania and then make a second loop. After the second loop, turn right on 16th Street and head back to the Y parking lot. Walk bikes back into transition. RU DISTACE IS 1 MILE: Exit the transition area, turn right on 16th Street. Go to the end of the street, round cone and then loop 16th Street a second time, going back to the Y parking lot (follow the arrows) to the finish line.

This is a USAT sanctioned event and follows all USAT rules. Per USAT, it s the athlete s age on Dec. 31, 2018 and not their age on race day. 2. All athletes must wear protective helmets on the bike course and in the transition areas. 3. o ipods, iphones or headphones are allowed in the race areas (but are OK under the tents). The is not responsible for lost or stolen items. 4. This is a timed-trial start, which means swimmers will enter the water one at a time. 5. o parents are allowed in the transition or pre-race areas. O EXCEPTIOS. 6. In event of lightning, the race will be called. Weather conditions may cancel the bike portion but will be decided based on the safety of the roads. 7. Free parking is available in the parking lot and Palm Harbor University High School. All vehicles in the lot must remain in place until ALL participants are finished. 8. All participants follow the swim-bike-run format.
