29 How does this relate to me? Student If you experience harassment or discrimination you can report that conduct. o o From students From faculty or staff You can use all of the resources on campus. TA/RA/Other Employee If any student discloses a harassing or discriminatory incident you must notify the Title IX Coordinator. Remember that you are now in a position of power over others.
30 What do I say if someone I m sorry that happened to you. I need to tell one person in the Title IX office, and that person will contact you with resources. o o discloses to me? Don t promise confidentiality Do promise to keep what they told you as private as possible. We can come back to after you ve gotten support.

Something happened to me: University Investigation: o o Title IX Office of Equity and Diversity Criminal Investigation: o o DPS- forwards reports of hate crimes, sexual assaults, and dating violence to LAPD. LAPD Someone disclosed to me: Contact the Title IX Office and provide as many details as you know. o We use those details to complete Clery reports to DPS for our annual security report.
