Road planning needs systematic collection of data on the views of the road users. In an effort to elicit the views of the road users, a Road User satisfaction survey is being taken up through M/s. TNS Mode, an International Research Organisation. The survey is the first of its kind in the State to help improve the road transport facilities and it is being conducted on behalf of the World Bank Assisted Tamil Nadu Road Sector Project of Government of Tamil Nadu. For the survey, interviews would be conducted among the road users across the State. We request you to extend your co-operation to ensure the successful completion of the survey.
