21 Possible Qualification Criteria Minimum financial requirements 2-3 mln EUR revenues in total for the last 3 years Technical Requirements Experience in designing urban transport schemes AND Experience in designing segregated public transport rapid bus lanes MINIMUM 3 PROJECTS OF BOTH TOGETHER for the last 5 years
