BAC/volunteers can pursue the issue at big box like Walmart, Target, Dicks, Toys R Us, etc. If is do able, can develop brochure or hangtag. Tour de Lights Neighborhood Bike Ride Bike Month KPD assists; could use more help from City of Knoxville KPD and City assist; could use more help from City; will consider a themed ride next year to attract more attention and riders, since TDL is so popular now Focus on Bike to Work Day and the festival/nbr and spread other events and classes throughout year. Seek more involvement from bike clubs and shops and help publicize those events.
