1 Multiple Road Closures / Limited Access City 5K Fridays April 6, 13, 20, and 27 6:15 PM to 7:45 PM Please be aware that numerous roads will be closed each Friday from April 6, 2018 to April 27, 2018 (four races) between the hours of 6:15 PM and 7:45 PM due to the City 5K Fridays series. Please plan accordingly. The following lane closures will be in effect: Rear access alley behind the Parks Buildings (2011, 2121, 2231, 2345, and 2451 ) Horseshoe driveways at 2121 and 2345 (on-street parking restrictions in effect) North Bound Lanes of between 26 th and 23 rd (on-street parking restrictions in effect) East Bound lane of 26 th S. between and North Bound Lanes (including bicycle lane) of between 23 rd and 12 th West Bound Lane (including bicycle lane) of 12 th between and Long Bridge / (on-street parking restrictions in effect) 10th S. between Long Bridge and the City Lofts access drive (on-street parking restrictions in effect) S. Ball between 10 th S. and 6 th S. (on-street parking restrictions in effect) City Lofts Access between 10th S. and 6th S. (on-street parking restrictions in effect) 6th S. between Long Bridge and North Tract Lofts access drive (on-street parking restrictions in effect) Long Bridge (all lanes including bicycle lanes) from 12 th to just south of Boundary Channel (on-street parking restrictions in effect) ***South Bound Lane of will remain open*** VRE Riders of Fredericksburg Line Train #315 (scheduled City departure at 6:55pm) and the Manassas Line Train #337 (scheduled City departure at 7:05p) Please add 5-10 minutes of on-foot travel time to get to the station. From points south of 23 rd, walk up the WEST side of and cross at the crosswalk located directly across the street from the station. You may have to wait a few minutes for a gap of sufficient size to safely cross. Metroway Riders Headed Northbound After stopping at the 27 th & Station, the Metroway bus will be rerouted to travel north along Route 1 and will go directly to the City Metro during the closure period. There will be no stops or pickups at the 18 th & or 23 rd & stations. Please plan accordingly. Southbound routing will not be affected.

3 Impacted Garage/Parking Facilities See Attached Maps for Additional Detail If your facility/building is not listed here, direct access to parking garage/driveway entrances/exits is not anticipated, however, regional road closures may impact the most direct travel route. 220 Twentieth ( th ): Access to the garage entrance at 2100 will be maintained. The south bound lane of will remain open throughout the course of the event. All residents, employees, tenants, and visitors, however, should be informed of the surrounding closures as they may affect the most direct travel route to this facility. Airport Plaza 1 & 2 (2711 & 2611 Jefferson Davis Highway): Access to garages and driveway entrances for these Boeing Regional Headquarters (929 Long Bridge ): Access restrictions will be in place for garage and driveway entrances/exits to this facility for the duration of the race. Please refer to alternative parking arrangements. Camden Apartments (3535 S Ball ): Access to garages and driveway entrances for these facilities will be maintained. All employees, tenants, and visitors, however, should be informed of the surrounding closures as they may affect the most direct travel routes. Century Buildings (2450 and 2461 ): Access to the garage entrance along will be maintained. The south bound lane of will remain open throughout the duration of the event. All employees, tenants, and visitors, however, should be informed of the surrounding closures especially the north bound lanes of - as they may affect the most direct travel route to this facility. Concord Luxury Residences (2600 ): Access to garages and driveway entrances for these CrossFit South Arlington (607 S. Ball ): Access restrictions will be in place for garage and driveway entrances/exits to this facility for the duration of the race. Please refer to alternative parking arrangements. Courtyard by Marriott (2899 Jefferson Davis Highway): Access to garages and driveway entrances for these Crowne Plaza Hotel: Access to garages and driveway entrances for these facilities will be maintained. All lanes of, the east bound lane of 12 th and the south bound lane of will remain open throughout the duration of the event. All residents, employees, tenants, and visitors, however, should be informed of the Gateway 1, 2, 3, and 4 (1235, 1225, 1215 and th ): Access to garages and driveway entrances for these facilities will be maintained. All lanes of, the east bound lane of 12 th and the south bound lane of will remain open throughout the duration of the event. All residents, employees, tenants, and visitors, however, should be informed of the surrounding closures as they may affect the most direct travel routes. Gateway North ( th ): Access restrictions will be in place for garage and driveway entrances/exits to this facility for the duration of the race. Please refer to alternative parking arrangements. Mall Buildings (1801, 1851, and 1901 S. Bell ): Access to garages and driveway entrances for these facilities will be maintained. The south bound lane of will remain open throughout the
4 course of the event. All employees, tenants, and visitors, however, should be informed of the surrounding closures as they may affect the most direct travel route to this facility. Park 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 (2011, 2121, 2231, 2345, and 2451 ): Employees, tenants, and visitors parking in the garage facilities of the Park buildings will be impacted by this road closure. Access restrictions will be in place for the garage entrance/exit at 2011 for the duration of the race, however, an on-site Arlington County Police Department Officer may allow access across the road closure when deemed safe. Access restrictions will also be in place for the garage entrance/exit to the rear alley at Note that the garage entrance/exit at 2345 will remain open throughout the duration of the event. All vehicles should be directed to exit at those locations or plan to leave prior to or after the closure period. Parking in the surface lot surrounding the courtyard in front of 2121 and 2345 will be restricted and inaccessible. Note for Ruth s Chris Steak House The horseshoe driveway will be accessible from 23 rd up until shortly before the race start (approximately 6:30pm) after which point access will be closed until approximately 7:00pm when the last set of runners passes through the driveway. Any runners that have not passed through the driveway at that time will be diverted by ACPD to the sidewalk in order to permit opening of the driveway for valet operations. Place Apartments and Park Condominiums (1801 and 1805 ): Access restrictions will be in place for garage and driveway entrances/exits to this facility for the duration of the race. Please note that the rear alley access route will NOT be accessible. Onsite Arlington County Police Department Officers may allow garage access from the entrance across from 18 th only when deemed safe. Plaza Apartments (2111 ): Access to garages and driveway entrances for these Plaza Buildings (2100 & 2200 ; 2001 Jefferson Davis Highway; 2221 ; and the City Access to garages and driveway entrances for these facilities will be maintained. The south bound lane of will remain open throughout the course of the event. All employees, tenants, and visitors, however, should be informed of the surrounding closures as they may affect the most direct travel route to this facility. Square Apartments (1515 Jefferson Davis Highway): Access to garages and driveway entrances for this building will be maintained. All lanes of S. Bell, 15 th S., and south bound lane of will remain open throughout the duration of the event. All residents, employees, tenants, and visitors, however, should be informed of the Square Buildings (1550 & 1750 ; 251 & th ; and City Access to garages and driveway entrances for this building will be maintained. All lanes of, the east bound lane of 12 th and the south bound lane of will remain open throughout the duration of the event. All residents, employees, tenants, and visitors, however, should be informed of the surrounding closures as they may affect the most direct travel routes.

Marriott Capital View Hotels - Renaissance and Residences Inn (2800 South Potomac Avenue & 2850 South Potomac Avenue): Access to garages and driveway entrances for these facilities will be maintained. All employees, tenants, and visitors, however, should be informed of the surrounding closures as they may affect the most direct travel routes. City Lofts ( th ): Access restrictions will be in place for garage and driveway entrances/exits to this facility for the duration of the race. Please refer to alternative parking arrangements. One & Two Potomac Yard (2777 ): Access to garages and driveway entrances for these Polk & Taylor Buildings (2521 & 2530 ): Access to garages and driveway entrances for these facilities will be maintained. All employees, tenants, and visitors, however, should be informed of the Potomac Gateway (2800 & 2900 ): Access to garages and driveway entrances for these Public Storage (309 Long Bridge ): Access restrictions will be in place for garage and driveway entrances/exits to this facility for the duration of the race.
