For infrastructure related projects: planning, design, and construction of projects that substantially improve the ability of students to walk and bicycle to school. Must be within approximately 2 miles of a school. Must be transportation related and tied to a plan adopted by the and MPO. Construction for the improvement of a route or structure of a rail line that is designed to mitigate the adverse of effects of rail traffic on safety, motor vehicle, traffic flow, community quality of life, or economic development.
