6 Existing Master Plan of Streets and Highways The Master Plan of Streets and Highways (MPSH) is the City s planned arterial highway network. This is the existing network. 6

7 Modifications to Master Plan of Streets and Highways The City is looking to potentially reclassify some streets t to allow reallocation of right of way for transit, bicycle, and pedestrian use. 7

12 Existing Bikeway Master Plan Bike Paths: Class I Paved rights of way for the exclusive use of bicyclists and pedestrians. Bike Lanes: Class II Striped lanes for exclusive use by bicyclists. Bike Routes: Class III Bikeway where bicyclists share the travel lane with motor vehicles. Bicycle Boulevards are a type of Class III. 12
