1 1. I 271 WIDENING & RESURFACING - PID Project consists of major reconstruction, widening and bridge deck replacement. Project will accomplish widening from 4 to 6 lanes, including redecking and widening of 4 structures (over SR82 and Railroad). Project limits are from north of SR8 to just south of the Cuyahoga County line. Anticipated project schedule as follows: -Project Sale May Project Award May Begin Construction June End Construction October 2016 ODOT construction cost is $51,000,000. State assumes and bears 100 percent of the cost of improvement. Consent legislation passed by City as Ordinance on May 23, Project awarded to design-build team of Great Lakes Construction and URS. Currently under construction and on schedule for October 2016 completion. 2. I 271 NORTH RAMP RELOCATION - PID Project consists of the realignment and relocation of SUM IR271 northbound ramp from SR82 to South Freeway Drive. The City agreed to participate in the cost of Right-of-Way at a maximum amount of $500,000. Additional cost of right-of-way acquisition is being absorbed by ODOT. Total cost of engineering design and right-of-way acquisition is approximately $1,617,000. Construction cost of the ramp is included in project PID Participatory legislation passed by City as Ordinance on December 12, Anticipated project schedule as follows: -Project Sale May Project Award May Begin Construction June End Construction October Ramp scheduled for opening to traffic in September Project awarded to design-build team of Great Lakes Construction and URS. Currently under design/construction and on schedule for interim completion date of September 30, 2015.

2 3. SR 82 - RESURFACING - PID (Phase I) Resurfacing of SR82 from west corp line to I271 by ODOT. Participatory legislation passed as Ordinance on January 26, Project anticipated for construction in Total construction cost of project within Macedonia estimated to be $500,000. City share of cost is approximately $100,000. The contract was awarded to Shelly Company. Construction on schedule for Summer Work to begin in Macedonia on or about June 27, The section between Old 8 (SLM 2.69) and Summer Rd (SLM 3.93) will be limited to night paving (9pm to 6am). Project completion in same year. Completion scheduled for October 2015.

SR 82 WIDENING AND RESURFACING - PID (Phase III) This project begins at a point on SR 82 (East Aurora Road) approximately 200 west of the intersection of Alexandria Drive and extends easterly to the Corporation Line with The City of Twinsburg. Work limits are approximately 1.3 miles in length. The existing facility contains two lanes of pavement plus a bike lane on each side. The proposed pavement will contain two lanes of pavement, a two-way left turn lane, and bike lanes from Alexandria Drive to Shepard Road. The Shepard Road intersection will be reconfigured, maintaining existing number of lanes. The pavement tapers to a two lane section east of this intersection. From the end of the taper to the easterly end of work, the pavement will be resurfaced. Right of Way acquisition cost is approximately $443,000. ODOT accepted bids for construction on January 15, follows : Four bids were received as 1. Karvo Paving - $4,577, Shelly & Sands INC - $4,789, Fabrizi Trucking & Paving CO INC - $5,199, S E T INC - $5,299, State Estimate - $3,977, Construction Start Spring 2015 Construction Completion Fall 2016 Utility relocations to clear the right of way are nearing completion. Project construction will commence after the right of way is cleared.

4 ROAD PROGRAM The Work embraced by this contract generally consists of the following: I. Pavement repair, single-pass recycling, resurfacing, pavement planing (to tie down at intersections only), drive butt joints, and shoulder paving of the following streets: 1. Airlane Drive - Ledge to Skyland 2. Barkdale Lane Bonnie to Laurel 3. Blueberry Lane Bonnie to Laurel 4. Bonnie Road Blueberry to Brookdale 5. Bradford Drive Blueberry to Brookdale II. Pavement planing entire surface area, base pavement repair, single-pass recycling, resurfacing, ADA curb ramps, and contingency replacement of concrete curb and gutter: 1. Westwood Drive Park Ledge to Longwood III. Pavement planing, resurfacing and restriping: 1. East Highland Road East of SR 8 to South Bedford This project was awarded to Specialized Construction and is currently under construction. The completion date for this contract is on or before July 4, PAVEMENT PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE PROGRAM Bid documents are being prepared for the 2015 pavement preventative maintenance program. This project will consist of crack sealing various streets within the City based upon the results of the pavement condition rating report completed this year. The project budget is $50,000. As many streets will be sealed as the budget allows. 7. LEDGE ROAD BRIDGE Ledge Road bridge is scheduled to be repaired by Norfolk Southern this summer. Work is scheduled to commence no later than Monday, July 27th, The road will be closed during the duration of the repairs to the bridge. A detour plan will be utilized to direct traffic. The proposed detour route utilizes North Bedford Road, East Aurora Road and South Freeway Drive. The maximum duration for the closure is 75 days. All work by the railroad is to be completed within this timeframe. The City is planning on repairing the asphalt pavement under the bridge while the road is closed and prior to removal of the detour.
