Program includes bicycling on Islesboro Island, Puffin/Sea life Cruise on Penobscot Bay with visit to Marshall Point Lighthouse, Owl s Head Transportation Museum and lighthouse, and Port Clyde. Space limited to 15 families. Questions? Program Schedule Friday or Monday July 1st/August 22 nd /September 2 nd Travel to Lincolnville, Maine by car or fly to Boston (Concord bus available to Lincolnville from Logan airport) or Portland (Mid-coast Limo service available from Portland Jetport).

2 Check-in from 3 p.m. thru 9 p.m. Dinner included at 6 p.m. will be informal BBQ on the patio. Time to meet and greet. Optional: September 2 nd View fireworks in Camden Saturday or Tuesday July 2 nd /August 23 rd /September 3 rd Continental breakfast provided from 7:00 9:00 a.m. at the Bistro Children ages 4 and under are the responsibility of their family. If Family brings their own bikes, younger children may ride along with appropriate seat/trailer and helmet. 9: 15 a.m. Walk bikes to Ferry Terminal. Take Islesboro Ferry (at 10:00 a.m.) - Arrive Islesboro at 10: 15 Bicycle* to Islesboro Community Center stop for water/snack break. Bicycle to Dark Harbor and on to Islesboro Beach. Time to explore as a family. Lunch provided on the beach. Play games on the beach. Bicycle back to the Community Center stop for water/snack break. Bike to Ferry Terminal for 3:30 Ferry to Lincolnville. Return to Bay Leaf Cottages/Motel (either walk bikes back or bicycle back). Free time for family play games on-site (badminton, volleyball, ping pong, horse shoes, etc.) or go to the beach (just.5 miles away) 5:00 7:00 p.m. Maine Downeast Lobster Dinner at Bay Leaf Bistro is included (sign up for 5 p.m., 6 p.m. or 7 p.m. seating) Evening (July 2 nd view fireworks in Camden), August 23 & September 3 suggest a drive to the top of Point Lookout to see all of Penobscot Bay. Sunday or Wednesday July 3 rd /August 24 th /September 4 th Continental breakfast provided from 7:00 9:00 a.m. at the Bistro 9:00 a.m. Daytrip Caravan we will carpool and head to the following places for a family fun day: Morning Owl s Head Transportation Museum and Owl s Head Lighthouse Picnic Lunch provided

3 Afternoon to Port Clyde for boat trip to view Puffins and/or Marine Life Visit Marshall Point Lighthouse Dinner on your own at Dave s Seafood Return to Bay Leaf Cottages Monday or Thursday July 4 th /August 25 th /September 5 th Continental breakfast provided from 7:00 9:00 a.m. at the Bistro Check out by 11:00 a.m. (option to add additional day(s) to your visit). Free time to explore mid-coast Maine: Spend time at Lincolnville Beach (just.5 miles from Bay Leaf Cottages), take a Schooner ship ride from Camden Harbor (just 4 miles away) or explore the shops/restaurants of Camden, drive to Acadia National Park, hike Mt. Battie at Camden Hills State Park (just 3 miles away), visit the Penobscot Marine Museum, find the local belted cows, explore Merryspring Gardens, go antiquing Lunch and Dinner on your own. Travel home via car, or flights from the regional airports. Program Costs Each person coming to the weekend program must be registered for one of the following categories. No exceptions. We must cover our costs for this program (fees/costs and staffing). Adult Full Registration includes: meals/snacks/beverages as per program schedule (2 lunches, 2 dinners), bike rental (with helmet), Islesboro Ferry tickets, Museum entrance fee, boat ticket, facilitation, bottled water, and t-shirt. Teen Full Registration includes: meals/snacks/beverages as per program schedule (2 lunches, 2 dinners), bike rental (with helmet), Islesboro Ferry tickets, Museum entrance fee, boat ticket, facilitation, bottled water, and t-shirt. Child Full Registration includes: meals/snacks/beverages as per program schedule (2 lunches, 2 dinners), bike rental (with helmet), Islesboro Ferry tickets, Museum entrance fee, boat ticket, facilitation, bottled water, and t-shirt.

Note: all children ages 5 and under are the responsibility of the parent(s) and should be monitored at all times when on the property including the playground and pond area. Motel Rooms - All motel rooms have a refrigerator, coffee pot, TV and sofa (full sleeper) plus a full-sized bed and a twin bed. The balcony of the motel has Penobscot Bay views. All cottages have convenience appliances (CA): refrigerator, toaster, microwave, and coffee pot. Those with full kitchens () will have a stove/oven along with kitchen table/chairs. Most cottages have decks with some having Penobscot Bay views. Cottages 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, and 12 have full sofa-beds.

8 Any dietary restrictions or physical restrictions we should know about such as allergies or medications (such information will be held in confidence)? Waiver of Liability: Participation in any/all programs offered by A BRIGHT MOON of Bloomington, IL and Bay Leaf Cottages of Lincolnville, Maine are voluntary. Participants are responsible for themselves and their family members. All participants in any program arranged through A BRIGHT MOON must sign and submit to A BRIGHT MOON a copy of the Waiver of Liability provided herein. A BRIGHT MOON does not maintain insurance for off-site programs in the USA. Bay Leaf Cottages has normal accident insurance for on-property incidents. Personal property insurance and medical insurance are the responsibility of the participant. A BRIGHT MOON Waiver of Liability Participation in any program sponsored or arranged by A Bright Moon, Inc. is at your own risk. A Bright Moon, Inc. assumes no liability for accidents, injuries, or illnesses associated with participation in this program. Travel always carries with it an element of risk and it shall be the responsibility of the participants to behave and conduct themselves in a safe manner. A BRIGHT MOON will act prudently on behalf of participants in scheduling events and contracting for services from Bay Leaf Cottages and program contractors. I and parent(s)/adult participant(s) understand and accept that participation in an A BRIGHT MOON sponsored program is on a voluntary basis for myself/ourselves and my/our child(ren) (name(s) of child(ren)). I/we carry health insurance for myself/ourselves and my/our child(ren) and accept full responsibility for costs associated with any illness or emergency treatment(s) which may result from participating in this program.
