The organizing committee of the 1 st inaugural WBPF USA Bodybuilding and Physique Sports Championships 2016 wishes to extend a warm welcome to all member countries of the WBPF (World Bodybuilding and Physique Sports Federation). WELCOME MESSAGES Dear Delegates, Athletes and Bodybuilding and Physique Sports Enthusiasts, This is the first time in the history of WBPF, that bodybuilding and physique sports championships Internationallevel are organized and conducted in the beautiful city of Las Vegas, Nevada. I have great confidence in the leadership of the American officials to promote the aims of bodybuilding and physique sports in USA and Internationally to the highest level. We wish to extent our great pleasure and warm welcome to our guests of the 1 ST FITFEST US OPEN Championships.This outstanding international event is being organized for the first time in this city of Las Vegas and we are proud that we have been given the honour to host these championships. We are honoured that the WBPF & many other independent athletes has given the confidence and trust to WBPF USA, as a host of these international championships in our country. IMPORTANT ARRIVAL AND CHECK-IN NOTICES All Competitors should arrive in Las Vegas, USA by Friday, September 30 th, Please manage your time and be aware that check-in to the hotel will be everyday at 4 P.M and departure everyday 11 A.M. You have been already informed that weigh-in will be on September 30 at 9 am so please be the night before which is September 29 in the hotel. Mandatory athlete registration time will be Friday morning after arrival of all athletes which is followed by Prejudging in all categories. Therefore Competitors have to make sure that his/her hotel check-in is completed prior to the Official Registration or after Prejudging. Dietary foods and beverages cost 5

6 For those competitors who are seeking for a special and modified breakfast, lunch and dinner according to their diets, the hotel can take care of everything for you by paying them approximately 100 US dollars, be aware that depending on your needs this price can be higher or lower. The WBPF USA take no responsibility for providing foods for the athletes, rates and cost can be different due to special requests, so it is the athletes responsibility to pay for their own food and beverages. Athletes who want to compete in two disciplines (ex. Master and Senior Bodybuilding) have to pay the Registration Feeonly once. There will be a total of 5000 us dollars prize money. COMPETITOR NOTIFICATION Those athletes who have not met the established requirements, who missed the deadline for registration, or who registered in a division that has already been closed out, will be denied participation in the 1 st WBPF USA FITFEST OPEN. We strongly encourage all participants to arrive in time and make the appropriate arrangements to compete in Las Vegas, USA. BACKSTAGE ACCESS/DRESSING ROOMS Access to the backstage area and/or dressing rooms is strictly limited to only the relevant accredited personnel. CAMERA/VIDEO TAPE EQUIPMENT Camera and/or video tape equipment shall be strictly prohibited in the backstage and/or dressing room areas except when used by WBPF authorized media persons and, in any event, these devices shall be strictly prohibited in the dressing room area. 7

8 POSING MUSIC All posing music must be on an audio CD encased in a plastic protective case with the competitor s name affixed upon the case of the CD, and the music properly cued at the beginning of the song title. The use of profane, vulgar and offensive language is strictly prohibited in the posing music. Posing music must be 60 seconds for men s, women s bodybuilding, men s and women s athletic physique and 90 seconds for men s and women s fitness physique. JUDGES In order to assist the WBPF Judges Committee in their selection of Judges for the Championships, please forward your nomination for judges from your national federation as soon as possible but no later than15 th September2016 to: WBPF USA: Arkiya Arshadi:president@wbpfusa.com Elmira Arshadi: Vice-president@wbpfusa.com VISAS Please consult the Embassy of the USA in your country to determine if you need a visa. An official letter signed by the World Bodybuilding and Physique Sports FederationUSA will be made available if requested. In case we have to send an invitation letter to the federations for visas. Please provideus the complete list of your athletes and delegates so we will prepare your invitation letter and send it back to you. CURRENCY The national currency in the USAis US Dollar (USD). CREDIT CARDS All major credit cards are widely accepted at most major hotels, department stores and restaurants. You may be requested to show your passport. CLIMATE During the month of September, the average temperature is degrees ofcelsius. ELECTRICAL CURRENT The electrical current is 110 Voltage. LANGUAGE 8

9 Official Language in the USA is English. MEDIA ACCREDITATION All media accreditation shall be controlled by the WBPF USA. All persons wishing to obtain media accreditation for this event must register with the WBPF USA by completing and signing the WBPF media accreditation form. Said form must be remitted to the WBPF USA by no later than 15 th of September 2016 to: Arkiya IMPORTANT NOTICE TO COMPETITORS Each competitor will be provided with an athlete competitor wrist band or pass at the Mandatory Competitor Registration. Any competitor must wear this wrist band or pass for admission into the Event Hall.No G-string bikinis are allowed, it is strictly prohibited. IMPORTANT NOTICES All the costs for travelling, hotel, accommodations, transport from and to the airport and meals are the responsibilities of the national federations or individual athletes. Check with your national federation for more information, although we will provide you a list of prices and companies once we receive your preliminary entry forms and the number of attendees. It is the responsibility of the President or General Secretary of each national federation or Independent team managers to ensure that all national team members (athletes, delegates, extra delegates) are fully aware of the rules and regulations governing participation at these Championships, to include the statements contained within this Inspection Report. If any of your athletes and/or delegates are travelling and arriving separate from your team manager or chief delegate you must ensure they are familiar with the rules and regulations contained within the Inspection Report. Tanning Athletes who are seeking for tanning and make-up artists, we have made it possible for having a professional tanning team be prepared on the days of venue to provide the special cares and needs for our athletes, please check the following link and website for prices, you will be provided with a discount coupon after your registration. Please be advised not to cause any damage to the hotel properties because of tanning or preparing yourself or you will be fined. The hotel management has taken all the precautions but this is just for your information.
