(Download link and Password will be ed approx. 7 days AFTER show day. Go to and register to become a member 2. Login to icompete using login details ed to you upon becoming a member Use the step by step process on to enter any event. 4. CHECK-IN TIMES: TBA Due to the tight schedule these times are strict, please check-in on time so that you don t miss out on competing.

3 TANNING: All tanning is to be done prior to arriving at the venue. Only final touch ups will be allowed backstage. WHAT TO BRING: 1) Towel (to stand on while oiling/tanning) 2) Sandals/Thongs must worn at all times until you go on stage. 3) Extra Clean Clothes (Competitors must be fully clothed before sitting on chairs in venue. 4) Water 5) Disposable Gloves for oiling/tanning 6) Weights/ Resistance Bands to pump up with. 7) Plastic bag for rubbish and dirty clothes. CATEGORIES ICN NSW offer the following categories: Bodybuilding Ms. Figure Mr. Physique Ms. Fitness Model Ms. Bikini Model Ms. Sports Model Men's Fitness Model And the following Minor Categories: Ms. Swimsuit Model ICN Angels Beach Body COMPETE IN ANY NUMBER OF DIVISIONS With the successful development of ICN events by removing posing routines from the show format, we now have time available for competitors to compete in multiple divisions in your selected category for up to a maximum of four (4). For example if you chose to do Ms. Bikini Model you can compete in Bikini First Timer, Bikini Novice, Bikini Momma and Bikini Open. Please note: You can not compete in cross categories ie. If you have chosen to do Bikini, then you can not compete in a Fitness or Figure Division. Similarly for a male if you have chosen Fitness then you can not compete in Physique or Bodybuilding.

4 DIVISIONS Height There can be many different height classes set by the promoters, an example is Class 1: (Under 157.5cm). Check entry form. First Timer First Timer means you have never competed before in any federation. First Timer means this is your first time on stage. It does not mean this is your first time in the division. You can only compete as a 'First Timer' once. Novice Novice is your first year of competing in a specific division. This means enter your first contest between January 1 and June 30 your Novice status continues until December 31. (Novice for Season A and B). Enter your first contest between July 1 and December 31 your Novice status continues until June 30 the following year. (Novice for Season B and A). Momma You must have had children, we may split the division by time since birth of last child, as in less than 2 years, 2-5 year's, 5+ year's at the discretion of the promoter. Teenage Teenage is 19 and under on January 1st. Check entry form. Junior Junior is 21 and under on January 1st. Check entry form. Masters There are many Master divisions a promoter may offer, 30+, 40+, 50+, 60+, 70+ and even 80+. Master divisions take your age on the day of contest. Check entry form. Open Open is the highest level of any particular Division where the best of the best is determined. OVERALL TITLE To have a shot at the Overall Title you must enter the OPEN Division in your chosen category. ICN PRO LEAGUE The ICN PRO League has been created due to the rapid increase and quality presented in ICN Amateur events. The ICN PRO League brings together the BEST OF THE BEST from all around Australia to compete on a National and International platform and to earn prize money through their efforts in selected ICN PRO Events. ICN PRO QUALIFIER To compete in an ICN PRO Qualifier event an athlete must have won an Open division in their chosen category. ICN PRO CARD Athletes can achieve an ICN PRO CARD through the following: 1) Winning an ICN PRO QUALIFIER EVENT 2) Winning an Overall Title at either the City National or Australian Championship

Notwithstanding 22 countries already affiliated to ICN, NATLYMPIA is open to natural athletes around the world via our icompete technology platform.

5 ACCOMMODATION: The NSW State Championships is a Qualifying event for the NATLYMPIA in Bali, Indonesia. Natlympia is the opportunity for the world s best natural athletes to be a part of the ultimate in competitions. Notwithstanding 22 countries already affiliated to ICN, NATLYMPIA is open to natural athletes around the world via our icompete technology platform. ICN endorse the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) principles in our stringent Anti-Drug Policy and use accredited laboratories to analyse samples from our competitors. As such, ICN delivers NATLYMPIA an international, 5-year minimum drug-free competition for the best of the world s natural athletes. For the inaugural NATLYMPIA championships, we have a simple requirement that you compete in any Australian ICN 2017 Season A or B event. You may enter the NATLYMPIA event prior to competing we understand you need to make travel arrangements early and we have several events only weeks prior to NATLYMPIA.
