You may register for the NPC at Competitor check-in on Friday evening of October 17th or final check-in on the 18 th of October NPC Registration fee Is $120. Novice Bodybuilding Competitors must have not placed first in any contest. Novice Men s Physique and Novice Bikini are classes for a first time Competitor only. If entering these classes you may not double enter in to Open height classes. This Event is a National Qualifier, and a non-tested contest. COMPETITORS SEE NPCNEWSONLINE TO CHECK FOR PLACING THAT QUALIFY FOR NATIONAL COMPETITONS. YOU MAY LOOK UP YOUR DIVISION. ENTRY FEE: $100 for 1st class entered. You may cross-over into a 2nd class (if qualified). 2 nd Class fee is $75. Telephone or to confirm the classes you would like to double in are available. Due to the two computer scoring system and the functioning and expediting of the event we will not be able to allow cross overs between the two shows. We studied the possibility, but it opens up difficulties in the check in process and we cannot allow two event cross overs. Bodybuilding combination of Open/Novice is not allowed. All Competitors will do their routine or present with the class that come first within the Order of Events. Your entry fee must accompany the Entry Form. Make check or money ordered payable to R.K. Smith Productions, Mail to: PO Box 357 Hebo, Oregon You may telephone your entry to us with a Visa, MasterCard, American Express or a Discover Credit Card. *Once you enter there are no refunds, make sure that you are committed before entering. ENTRY DEADLINE: Sunday October 12th, 2014, 7:00 PM. After October 12th the entry fee is: $ with no exceptions. The late fee will be charged to all who enter after Oct 12 th. If you have not mailed your entry form to arrive by the 12 th, please telephone your entry by 7:00 PM on Sunday October 12th MUSIC: Music must be recorded on an audio CD s (no MP3 Files) with your 45 second music being the only recording on the CD; no other form will be accepted. The music will begin to fade at 40 seconds. Music must be turned in at competitor check in or you will not be able to complete the check in process. *We reserve the right to substitute a house music recording if your music is not acceptable. Your will be sound checked at competitor check in.

4 POSING ROUTINES: Bodybuilders & Women s Physique will be allowed 45 seconds for their posing routine and Women s Fitness up to 2 minutes. Please keep your routine respectful & family oriented. No sexual lyrics. If you are wondering about your lyrics, check with us at STAGE PHOTOGRAPHY will be available by Richard Olson of Westcoastbodybuilding.com: No Tripods or other Professional Photographing will be allowed. The competition will not be videotaped. Your family may take photos or video of you while you are on stage with their cell phone or ipad. PLEASE NOTE: If you do not sign up for professional photography there will be no photographs of you available to purchase. There will be a station where you may sign up at Competitors check in. All Competitors who are entered, and who have yet to enter must report to one of the two Competitor Check in s. COMPETITORS EARLY CHECK IN / LATE REGISTRATION: Friday check-in will be located in the Seven Feathers Convention Center, follow signs Time: 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM. COMPETITORS FINAL CHECK IN / LATE REGISTRATION: is Saturday from 7:00 AM- 8:00 AM in the Convention Center. Competitors please allow time to be processed through and finished Saturday before 8:00 AM. Saturday AM Check-in will close promptly at 8:00 AM. COMPETITOR MEETING #1: The Men s Physique & Bikini Competitor Meeting will begin on Saturday at 9:00 AM in the check in room. The Competitor Meeting is Mandatory, as you will receive instructions. Due to space limitations your Trainer will not be allowed to attend the Meeting, it is for Competitors only. Trainers must enter through the main Ballroom doors. They may enter the Pump room once the meeting has concluded. It will be a quick meeting to allow competitors to get ready for their class. Competitors please show your laminated competitor credentials you received when you checked in. COMPETITOR MEETING #2: The Bodybuilding, Women s Physique, Figure & Fitness Competitor Meeting will begin on Saturday at 5:00 PM in the check in room/pump room. The Competitor Meeting is Mandatory, as you will receive instructions. Due to space limitations your Trainer will not be allowed to attend the Meeting, it is for Competitors only. Trainers must enter through the main Ballroom doors. They may enter the Pump room once the meeting has concluded. It will be a quick meeting to allow competitors to get ready for their class. Competitors please show your laminated competitor credentials you received when you checked in to enter the meeting.. GUIDELINES All competitors will be judged & follow NPC rules, guidelines, and mandatory poses. All contestants will then be introduced to pose and/or present as they are individually introduced by the Master of Ceremonies. Top 5 s are then called back for awards. If you are competing in Bikini, the NPC guideline & ruling regarding the back side of your bikini bottoms is that it must provide 50% glute coverage. We are now seeing suits that are very close to being considered G-strings. Please be advised to have at least a few inches of coverage. Don t go to the expense of a new custom suit and risk not being able to wear it a second time, or risk being disqualified. Please find somewhere in the middle, where we can all be happy and not receive complaints from the audience. We ask for your respect please. Be advised that the NPC Judges can mark you down in scoring for wearing an illegal suit. PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING FORMAT FOR THE 2014 CHAMPIONSHIPS NPC SEVEN FEATHERS Men s Physique & Women s Bikini Championships. ALL MEN S PHYSIQUE AND BIKINI COMPETITORS WILL BE JUDGED, FOLLOWED IMMEADIATELY ARE INDIVIDUAL PRESENTATIONS, AND TOP 5 WILL THEN BE AWARDED. OVERALL S WILL BE CONTENDED AT DIVISION END. KIM FARRISON IS THE MASTER OF CEREMONIES. THE MEN S PHYSIQUE & BIKINI CHAMPIONSHIP WILL BEGIN AT 10:00 AM ON SATURDAY OCT 18 H. SPECTATOR ADMISSION IS $30 AT THE DOOR. THE DOORS OPEN AT 9:00 AM. Seating is open, first come first serve. Competitors who are competing in the 6 PM Championships will be allowed free entrance if wearing their proper credentials, which

5 will be supplied to them at Competitors check in. *Please note that if you are not planning to attend the event that you are not competing in, you may not give your credentials to someone else to wear for free entrance. Competitors who give their credentials to others for this purpose are subject to disqualification NPC SEVEN FEATHERS Bodybuilding, Women s Physique, Figure & Fitness Championships. THE BODYBUILDING, WOMEN S PHYSIQUE, FIGURE & FITNESS CHAMPIONSHIP WILL BEGIN AT 6:00 PM. THE DOORS WILL OPEN AT 5:00 PM. ALL BODYBUILDING, WOMENS S PHYSIQUE, FIGURE & FITNESS COMPETITORS WILL BE JUDGED, FOLLOWED BY COMPETITOR INDIVIDUAL PRESENTATIONS. SCORES WILL BE TABLULATED DURING THE INDIVIDUAL PRESENTATION. TOP 5 S WILL THEN BE AWARDED, AND OVERALL S WILL BE CONTENDED AT THE END OF EACH DIVISION (*Fitness Routines will be performed as the 6 PM show begins, Fitness Posing Suit Round will be judged following the Women s Physique division, giving the Fitness competitors the time needed to change from their routine outfits into their posing suits) *Please note that if you are not planning to attend the event that you are not competing in, you may not give your credentials to someone else to wear for free entrance. Competitors who give their credentials to others for this purpose are subject to disqualification. *TEAM TRAINERS WILL BE ED CONCERNING OVERALL PRESENTATION AND YOUR ENGRAVED PLAQUES WILL BE GIVEN TO YOU UPON YOUR STAGE EXIT. The 6:00 PM Championship Seating is all Reserved Seating. Seating is traditional Las Vegas Show Style. All Tickets will be $40. Unsold Tickets will be available during the 10 AM Show, and again at the doors beginning at 5:45 PM just outside the showroom doors, providing Tickets are still available. There is not a discount for purchasing at the doors. *SPECTATORS WHO PLAN TO ATTEND BOTH CHAMPIONSHIPS MAY PRE-BUY $60 EVENT COMBINATION/DUO TICKETS. This 10 AM Ticket DOES NOT PROVIDE A RESERVED SEAT FOR THE 10 AM SHOW, the 10 AM Show is GENERAL ADMISSION seating, please seat yourself. It does provide a Reserved Seat for the 6 PM Reserved Seating Event, admission to the Noon Show and is a $10 discount over normal prices. DUO COMBINATION EVENT TICKETS are only available through September 15th. After September 15, you may telephone us to purchase your 6:00 PM Championship Reserved Ticket, but the Noon Championship will then be general admission, $30 at the door. All Ticketing is arranged by calling R.K. Smith Productions at: All telephone sales of Tickets begin on July 15 and pre-sales end on Saturday October 11 th. At that time we are no longer able to mail out orders as there is a good chance you would not receive the tickets in time. At this point in time we are setting up the event and not selling tickets. Everyone has the same opportunity to call before October 11 th. Please inform your families. After Oct 11 th tickets will not be sold again until October 18 th During the 10 AM Championship 6 PM reserved Tickets will be on sale in the rear of the Ballroom. They will also be available at the doors at 5:00 PM providing they are still available. Standing Room will be offered when tickets are gone. *THOSE WHO PRE-PURCHASE TICKETS, AND FORGET TO BRING THEIR TICKETS TO THE SHOW WILL BE REQUIRED TO PURCHASE TICKETS AGAIN TO ENTER, NO EXCEPTIONS. WE WILL NOT ALLOW PEOPLE WHO FORGET TICKETS TO ENTER. PLEASE RETURN YOUR UNTAMMPERED TICKETS FOLLOWING THE EVENT AND WE WILL RETURN YOUR MONEY MINUS A $10 HANDLING FEE.

6 POLICY REGARDING 10 AM EVENT COMPETITORS ATTENDING THE 6 PM SHOW, OR VICE VERSA; 2014 COMPETITORS WILL BE ALLOWED FREE ENTRANCE TO BOTH CHAMPIONSHIPS. YOU WILL NOT HAVE A RESERVED SEAT AT 6 PM UNLESS YOU HAVE PURCHASED ONE. YOU WILL HAVE STANDING ROOM ONLY. COMPETITORS NOT COMPETING IN THAT PARTICULAR SESSION WILL NOT BE ALLOWED IN THE PUMP ROOM. ONLY COMPETITORS WHO ARE COMPETING IN THE CURRENT SESSION WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE PUMP AREA. Pump Room Rules: Anyone other than R.K. Smith Productions Event Crew who would like to access the pump/backstage area will need to purchase a Trainers Access Wrist Band. The charge is $50 for each band; they will be permanent bands and not interchangeable. *The access wristbands cannot be pre-purchased but must be purchased at Competitor Check in, Friday evening or Saturday morning. Once the doors open for the 9 AM session the wristband charge will be $75 each. Plan ahead to avoid a late charge. THE WRSITBAND DOES NOT PROVIDE EVENT ENTRANCE. Entrance/admission is separate. Anyone other than Competitors must have tickets and admission purchased to enter the event. The only exceptions to purchasing a wristband is the event Guest Poser & his assistant and new to our policy we will provide 1 wristband per 10 Team entries. Trainers who enter 10 Competitors into the contest will receive an engraved plaque designed by Susan. You must designate you have 10 or more before October 1 st so that we can order a plaque Pump Room Rules for Trainers: 1. You must wear your wristband at all times. Any tampering with the band and you will need to purchase another band. 2. Listen and follow all instruction and be respectful to the Event Expediting Staff. 3. No Trainers are allowed to the stage, or in the staging area past the restrooms. You must work with your client in the large pipe and drape area on the showroom landing. When the Expediters call the Competitors into a class line up to bring to them to the stage you will need to exit the pump area into the showroom if you want to watch your client. You are not allowed to come to the staging or stage area. 4. To keep consistency, everyone other than RK Smith Event Crew who would like to be backstage will need to purchase an access ban, with the exception as listed on the preceding page.. 5. Exceptions to stage access are Trophy Presentation. If you are receiving a Trainers Plaque we will contact you with instructions once you contact us to designate you have 10+ clients you have trained competing.
