10 What would you do? You can feel yourself starting to get a head cold and it s the night before a big match. You go to the pharmacy and ask for medication that will help to get rid of the cold. Is any medication OK to take? What questions do you need to ask? Who do you ask?
11 Athlete s responsibility There are no excuses - each athlete is responsible for himself. It is each Athlete s personal duty to ensure that no Prohibited Substance enters his or her body. Athletes are responsible for any Prohibited Substance or its Metabolites or Markers found to be present in their Samples.
12 WHY IS DOPING PROHIBITED?
