2 AMATEUR ATHLETES INFORMATION WELCOME The portuguese promoter Mr. Big Evolution welcome all the amateur and professional athletes that will compete on the 14th and 15th of July in Estoril. The event IFBBPRO PORTUGAL, will be the FIRST IFBB PRO LEAGUE EVENT TO TAKE PLACE IN PORTUGAL, and that will be OPEN TO ALL ATHLETES, REGARDLESS THEIR FEDERATION AFFILIATIONS. This events are the ONLY WAY TO GET A IFBB PRO LEAGUE PRO CARD and no other entity is able to give them. Beside traditional men s bodybuilding, our amateur version will also include men s classic bodybuilding, men s physique as well as Figure, women s physique, fitness and bikini full spectrum of the spectacular physique sports performed in the amateur nowadays. The only contests the IFBB Professional League will recognize for Professional Status are the Pro Qualifiers associated with the IFBB Professional League; no other contests will be acknowledged. It will be an amazing weekend, where the best athletes will meet with the aim to achieve the such desired professional card awarded by the IFBB PRO LEAGUE. We will have also a PROFESSIONAL EVENT, on the 15th (Sunday) that will give points to MR OLYMPIA LAS VEGAS QUALIFICATION. The IFBB Pro League Pro Qualifiers are the ONLY way to compete on the IFBB Prof essional League stage, including the OLYMPIA.

3 LOCATION ESTORIL Often called "the coast of the sun" or "the Portuguese Riviera," Estoril (and neighboring Cascais) is where the rich, famous, and even royal Europeans escaped to during WWII, as Portugal remained a safe, neutral country. Grand hotels and Europe's biggest casino were built to welcome them, and that's where Ian Fleming got the idea for the James Bond character. Although the special agent's birthplace is no longer as glitzy and glamourous, it remains a cosmopolitan town. There are aristocratic mansions, world-class golf, a Grand Prix track, and, of course, the beach, attracting locals and tourists throughout much of the year. GETTING THERE Estoril is served by Aeroporto de Lisboa. You can get to Estoril by taxi (a 15' taxi ride, that costs arround 30 ) or public transport. 4 VENUE CASINO DO ESTORIL Casino Estoril is a great gaming and leisure complex distinguished by its ability to boost the arts and entertainment, and which no tourists fail to visit. Located in Estoril, 18 km from Lisbon and 20 km from its international airport, Casino Estoril is the largest in Europe, consolidating, year after year, a worldwide prestige. The show will take place at the Black and Silver Room, the biggest room in the Casino. A chameleonic venue, with capacity for a thousand people, exudes a mystique that is impossible to hide, being capable of impressing anyone with its timeless beauty, unlimited technical resources and its underlining historical power. This is the ideal place for large banquets, conventions and every other type of spectacle that gain from being held at such a luxurious room.

8 Athletes will be given a wristband at the registration on Friday, JULY 13th, This wristband has to be worn during your whole stay and will allow you in and out of the venue during the weekend. Your coach can attend for a fee of 50. This fee can be added during your registration at the site (access to backstage) or at the 13th. The athletes coach will be given a backstage pass/wristband, that will allow the coach to go in and out of the venue during the weekend and will provide backstage access. The wristband has to be worn during your whole stay. POSING MUSIC All posing music must be sent to geral@ifbbpro-portugal.pt on WAVE format, identified with your name and country. The use of profane, vulgar and offensive language is strictly prohibited in the posing music. TANNING The Open Contest has banned all tans that can be wiped off. An official will check the tan of all athletes backstage and if the tan comes off by simply wiping, the athlete will be told to remove the tan before going on stage.

IMPORTANT NOTICE *MASTER\JUNIOR AND WELLNESS WINNER WILL BE NOT ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR THE IFBB PROFESSIONAL LEAGUE CARD. The classes will open accordingly to the number of registred athletes. Note: if less than 6 athletes in a class, classes will be combined, wherever possible. 10 VISAS EU-country citizens do not need to obtain a visa. All other countries should consult the Portuguese Embassy in their country to determine if they need a visa. All National Federations could ask for an Invitation letter either to the Championship Organizer or IFBB Professional League. The invitation letter does not mean you are granted your visa. IFBB Professional League and Championship organizer are not responsible of attendants visas. An athlete, who requested and received an invitation from the IFBB Professional League Head Office or the Organizing, Committee of an IFBB Professional League sanctioned event for visa purposes and used this visa to unlawful stay in the host country or any other country, will be subjected to the disciplinary proceedings and measures. VISA REQUEST SENT TO: GERAL@IFBBPRO- PORTUGAL.PT CAMERA/VIDEOTAPE EQUIPMENT Camera and/or videotape equipment shall be strictly prohibited in the backstage and/or dressing room areas except when used by IFBB Professional League-authorized media persons and, in any event, these devices shall be strictly prohibited in the dressing room area. 11 ELECTRICAL CURRENT In Portugal the standard voltage is 220 V and the frequency is 50 Hz. You can use your electric appliances if the standard voltage in your country is in between V (as in the UK.
