2 1. RULES FOR COMPETITION MANAGEMENT 1.1. Boxers must comply with Rules 1 and 2 of the HSBA Technical Rules (Classification, Membership and Eligibility) to register for an HOB Competition When registering for any HOB Competition, all Boxers must provide a copy of registration form, Aadhar Card,School Date of Birth Certificate and Copy of the Municipality Birth Certificate. No other proof of identity will be accepted One Entry per Weight Category In HOB Competitions, only one Boxer per Weight Category per unit will be allowed to compete Submission of the Medical Certificate For all HOB Competitions, a Medical Certificate issued within the previous three (3) months must be Submitted during the registration period or else the Boxer will not be eligible to participate in the competition For all other HOB State Level Competitions, other than HOB Championships, the DBA/Board must submit a copy of a Medical Certificate valid within one year when submitting the entry form Rest Period Boxers must rest for a minimum period of twelve (12 hours) between two (2) Bouts 1.6. Eligibility on DBA/Board related Issues Prior to any HOB Competition, the Supervisor must immediately report to the HSBA Headquarters. If an ineligibility case is proved, the Supervisor must immediately disqualify the Boxer and inform all parties The Central Govt. Job Boxers cannot participant Boys and Girls Boxers between the ages of 15 to 16 are categorized as Junior Boxers. (Born between January 1 st, 2001 and December 31 st 2002) 1.9. For Junior Boxers (Boys and Girls), thirteen (13) Weight Categories as follow: 44 kg-46 kg, 48 kg, 50 kg, 52 kg, 54 kg, 57 kg, 60 kg, 63 kg, 66 kg, 70 kg, 75 kg, 80 kg and 80+ kg

3 2. REGISTRATION OF BOXERS 2.1. Each team has to submit its Team Roster of twenty six (26) Boxers (13 proposed starting Boxers and 13 reserve Boxers) to HTBC at the latest one (1) days prior to the start time of the upcoming HTB Competition Each team must be present on site no later than four hours prior to the start time of the upcoming HTB competition. The violation of this rule will be brought to the attention of the HTBC A Disciplinary Commission and may lead to disciplinary sanctions A Boxer who represents a DBA/Board as a competitor during a HTBC must be registered before two days In order to register a Boxer, the DBA/Board must send the following documents to Haryana Title Commission: Copy of the Municipality Birth Certificate Copy of the Boxer s passport; Copy of the Boxer s Medical Examinations, which will be valid for the entire season; Copy of the Boxer registration form. Copy of the Aadhar Card, Copy of the School Date of Birth Certificate Two photograph passport size 2.5. Accommodation, TA/DA and food * The Host unit will be responsible for accommodation, TA/DA and Refreshments; * TA/DA for Supervisor, Deputy Supervisor, R&J Evaluators and /- * The Host unit will be responsible for, Doctor, Commentators, Announcer, Timekeeper, Stage Operator, Equipment Managers and 5 Volunteers. 3. WEIGH-IN 3.1. All entered Boxers must attend the General Weigh-In in the 1200 to 1300 hrs. of the all competition day Every Woman Boxer must sign a Declaration of Non-Pregnancy certifying that she is not pregnant at that time The Weigh-In must be conducted by Competition Officials authorized by the Supervisor The Weigh-In must be conducted by Competition Officials of the same gender A Boxer will be allowed to be present at the official scales only once. There will be a zero tolerance on any overweight than the chosen Weight Category The weight is the one shown on the scale, the body being naked except for a swimming suit or underwear. When necessary, the Boxer may take off the underwear. Electronic scales must be used.

4 4. SUBSTITUTION OF BOXERS AT GENERAL WEIGH-IN 4.1. It is permissible to substitute a Boxer who fails to meet his/her Weight Category at the General Weigh-In. In that case, the Boxer may participate in a lower or higher Weight Category, as long as there is no other Boxer from that DBA/Board who has already passed the official Weigh-In in that Weight Category It is also permissible for a DBA/Board to substitute one Boxer for another at any time up to the close of the Medical Examination and General Weigh-In if the substitute Boxer has been entered as reserve for that Weight Category or any other Weight Category This rule is only applicable for competitions where reserve Boxers are permitted All other cases of substitution must be finalized the day before the General Weigh-In. 5. DURATION AND NUMBER OF ROUNDS In Junior Boys and Girls Competitions, the Bouts must consist of three (3) rounds of two (2) Minutes each. For all above listed competitions, the rest time between rounds is one (1) minute. 6. COMPETITION FORMAT Individual Ranking During the competition, an individual ranking will be established per Weight Category. The ranking will be decided by the highest number of points (1+2+3) obtained by a Boxer during the competition.
