4 ELIGIBILITY Participants must provide proof of membership with National Taekwondo Association Proof of Age (passport or ID card) Juniors: Consent letter signed by parents or legal guardians CATEGORIES Senior (Men and Women) Junior (Men et Women) Category change fee: $20 CDN Deadline: May 21 st, 2010 AGE GROUP Juniors (year of birth : 1996, 1995, 1994 and 1993 inclusively) Seniors (15 years and older Kukkiwon Dan holder) MINIMUM LEVEL Black belt holder of a Dan or Poom certificate delivered by Kukkiwon (copy of Kukkiwon certificate must be provided upon registration) WEIGHT CATEGORIES 20 Junior WTF weight categories 16 Senior WTF World Championships categories 8 Senior Olympic weight categories (national teams only -max 1 team per country) MEDIA The participant agrees to have his name and forename, division, nationality as well as result published on the Internet and in mass media. INSURANCE A confirmation of personal insurance must be provided when submitting online registration. DOPING CONTROL Doping control may be conducted, in accordance with the Canadian Policy on Doping in Sport and Canadian Doping Control Regulations.
