For the second consecutive year the tournament will be opened to male junior-senior teams and male cadet teams. For six years we try to make of this competition a moment of sport pleasure. This year we make every effort to reserve you the best reception and allow you to take advantage completely of your competition yet. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you wish to make the most of your venue in Condé sur l Escaut: we can offer you different training possibilities after the contest, depending on your wishes: junior/senior AND cadet trainings.

4 1) The teams commitment Rules Male juniors and seniors teams: born in 1999 and before. Catégorie: -66kg / -73kg / -81kg / -90kg et +90kg Male cadet teams: born between 2000 et 2002 Class: -55kg / -60kg / -66kg / -73kg et +73kg The weighing will be at 8:00 am on the spot. A club or a delegation will be able to present several teams Each fighter will have to present a medical certificate, from less than one year, specifying the mention does not present any contraindication for the practice of judo in competition as well as a membership card of their federation for the current sport season. 2) Composition of the teams You will be able to build a team by gathering together judokas of different clubs ( 2 clubs to the maximum) An incomplete team will be able to participate 2 fighters are allowed for each weight class. 3) Refereeing Refereeing rules are those of the U.E.J The manager of the club can have either one or the other team members fight in his or her weight class or the immediate upper class at each round. The manager of the club will only be obliged to put forward a list of team members to the official table before each round of the competition. To allow teams to have their two fighters of a same fight category class fight as much as possible, we offer the possibility, once the result is acquired, to change the composition during the meeting. (e.g: starting with the 66 kg, if one of the teams wins the first 3 fights, both of them will be able to present other fighters than those designated on the meeting sheet for the classes -90kg and +90kg In case of a draw at the end of the time frame fixed by the regulation, the golden score rule will be effective. Should two teams reach an equal score in victories as well as in score, there will be a second round. In case of a new draw, a wheight category will be drawn. The victor of the fight will determine the winning team. The blue judo suit is not compulsory but allowed for a complete team. Numbers concerning the control of judo suits remains applied. Kimonos approved IJF are not compulsory. Backnumbers will be allowed. 4) Coaches Only one coach per team will be allowed with the behaviour corresponding to our values.

5 5) Competition organisation 6) Draw Junior/senior and cadet teams will fight separately Duration of the fights: juniors/seniors: 4 minutes Duration of the fights: cadets: 3 min The competition will take place on 4 mats in group of 3 or 4 teams: the first 2 teams of each group will be qualified for the final list which will go by a process of direct elimination. We will proceed to a decider for the third best one and we will reserve the right to change the presentation depending on the number of teams. Le tirage au sort se fera après la pesée en présence des représentants des clubs Critères de détermination des têtes de séries: o Eloignement des délégations étrangères o Hiérarchisation des clubs classés dans les 7 premiers des championnats de France 1 ère division, puis 2 ème division de l année en cours. o Eloignement des clubs locaux (les clubs qui auront participé à des phases nationales juniors, seniors 1 ère division ou 2 ème division pendant la saison en cours) Les catégories de poids qui débuteront les rencontres seront définies par tirage au sort. L intégralité des rencontres en poule débutera par la même catégorie. Pour le tableau final, chaque tour commencera par une catégorie différente. 7) Entrance to the sports hall and entering fees Place: Henri Bois hall, rue de la Chaussiette, Jean Monnet sports complex (Dojo of the water center opposite the high school Pays de Condé) Condé sur l Escaut. The entrance is free The registration fee for a team is 50 euros The registration fee for a second is 30 euros No registration on the spot. 8) Medical A medical team will be present during all the competition

6 9) Ranking and awards For Juniors/seniors Teams: - For the club: a cup to the first 4 teams - For the judokas: - 1st team: 2000 euros for the team - 2nd team: 1500 euros for the team - 3rd team: 500 euros for the team - 4th team: medals and presents for the team. For Cadets Teams: - For the club: a cup to the first 4 teams - For the judokas: - 1st team: 1000 euros Sport Voucher for the team - 2nd team: 700 euros Sport Voucher for the team - 3rd team: 300 euros Sport Voucher for the team - 4th team: medals and presents for the team.
