Founded by Beanfield Metroconnect, this black tie gala features a cocktail reception, live and silent auctions, a four-course dinner, complimentary cocktails - and six fully sanctioned boxing matches in a Las Vegas style setting. The boxing ring will be located in the middle of the dining room surrounded by VIP, ring-side, sponsored tables. In addition, there will be an incredible line-up of entertainment and celebrity guests, along with spectacular sponsorship opportunities. The Victory Charity Ball is in support of the Pinball Clemons Ambassador Program in Toronto. The Ambassador Program is an alternative school program designed to assist youth who have dropped out of high school to reengage with learning. The aim is to help them complete their Ontario Secondary School Diploma, gain valuable life skills, and successfully move into a post- secondary school environment.

4 When we founded the Victory Charity Ball four years ago, I never imagined it would have the impact it does today. To date, we have hosted three successful Victory Charity Ball events that have brought together supporters from all different industries and cities. We come together to enjoy the exciting entertainment, but more importantly, to support such as great cause. Our goal four years ago was to provide support and bring attention to the Pinball Clemons Foundation Ambassador Program in Toronto a program that helps empower youth through education. Today, our goal remains the same and we strive to make it even bigger. There is still so much more we can do and so much more we can contribute. As we prepare for our fourth event, we ask that you join us in supporting this cause and helping provide youth with the education they truly deserve. 14 Pinball Clemons Foundation Ambassador School Program The Ambassador Program is an alternative school program designed to assist youth, who have dropped out of high school, to reengage with learning. The aim is to help them complete their Ontario Secondary School Diploma, gain valuable life skills, and successfully move into a post-secondary school environment. The program currently services 15 full time youth, and 4-part time youth, with one Teacher and one Child and Youth Worker. Students work at their own pace on academic courses and participate in a life skills program which focuses on skill building for youth to live independently and successfully Students also engage in community support activities, volunteering, and a program called the SpeakOut where they travel to grade 7 and 8 classrooms across the city of Toronto and deliver a stay in school presentation based on their own life story and life choices. Ambassador Students have spoken to nearly grade 7-8 students over the past 10 years.
